My daughter started at The Little Red Hen Day Nursery in March 2021, and she is thriving! She is always excited about attending nursery. The staff are amazing, so caring and attentive. They always have fun and exciting activities planned for the children every day. After looking at other nurseries upon our visit here, I found this nursery to be the one where my daughter felt most comfortable. The Little Red Hen Day Nursery has a home-from-home family feel, and I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a nursery place for your child.

My son was a bit nervous moving from a childminding environment to a busier nursery setting, but the team worked hard to help to settle him, and he loves going now, quite often walking in without even saying goodbye! He is content and happy, and that's the most important thing. He also loves all of the fun activities they put in place for them all.

Keep up the good work, Little Red Hen, and thank you to all your staff for their care and dedication to the children.

My daughter (2 years 8 months) moved to Little Red Hen Nursery just over a month ago. She is already thriving, and her development has come on leaps and bounds in that short period, including potty training and her emotional regulation. The nursery environment is calm and happy, with experienced and very nurturing staff who work extremely well as a team. I love the different activities that they do with her, which are so imaginative, and the encouragement and care they give her day to day. We are delighted to have found this nursery and to be a part of its community.

We have been so happy with Little Red Hen Nursery. Our son had been there for a year and has thrived under the care of the staff and loves going. The well-being of the children is obviously the most important thing for the nursery, and we have always been impressed by the care and compassion they have shown.

Little Red Hen Day Nursery has a large garden with separate, age appropriate, sections for each age group. Communication from management is brilliant and they have always been very helpful with any questions or queries I have. Little Red Hen Day Nursery has a home-from-home family feel and I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a nursery place

My child has been in all three classrooms at Little Red Hen nursery and has been in the care of almost every member of staff at one time or another. I have found the care consistently child-centred and that every member of staff goes above and beyond for the individual child. For every hurdle that we have faced Little Red Hen has helped my son to overcome it with confidence, even meeting with me personally when I had concerns as a parent. I will be sad when my son moves on from the nursery as I can't imagine the level of care will ever match what he has received here! I honestly can't praise them enough for their enormous hard work and efforts over the last two years! They never stop! My son returns home every day to tell me what he has eaten, who he has played with and what he has learned! His sensory needs are always met and his development has improved massively. I cannot thank the Manager and her team enough, I am so grateful to have found this nursery!

Our daughter, who has additional needs and health issues, has been going to Little Red Hen Day Nursery Ltd for two terms. Due to her needs, she struggled to settle in the first weeks. The staff have continually been so caring and understanding of her and the management has been so flexible to allow us to help our daughter settle. All of the team from the manager down are so loving and nurturing. They have bent over backwards to help our daughter settle and make provision for her needs, for which we are very grateful. At first glance, the building looks run down, however, do not be put off because it is the people that really make this nursery the secure and nurturing environment it is and we are very happy indeed that our daughter has a place there.

Little Red Hen is such an amazing nursery! The team are fantastic and our daughter loves going there. Holly does an excellent job managing the nursery. It's run with love and care for the kids. We would thoroughly recommend it to everyone!

We are going to increase my sons days at nursery as we can result see the benefits to him!

Our little one is so settled and happy here, he loves the walks to see the ducks and the aeroplanes, they have a great outside space and loves playing with the cars and trucks, they have also recently acquired some bunnies which the children all seem to adore. He is so excited to go to nursery and we can really see him developing and learning. From a personal perspective, the nurseries flexibility, understanding and seeing how happy and settled our son is, has really made my return to shift work post-maternity much easier, something that I was previously very apprehensive about.

We highly recommend LRH for the personal approach that all the staff have cared for our son. They cater to his particular needs, such as adapting his nap time to what we asked for. Together with all the actives they do, it means we get him all tired out and he sleeps well at home after his visits. He loves his food and there is a good variety of meals which he really enjoys. The value for money Dad in me is also really happy that their pricing has no extras such as nappies - everything is included!

My daughter is so happy attending this setting and loves all staff members. I can 100% recommend to anyone!

So glad that the nursery reopened and we could send our son back here after lockdown, we have had such a positive experience since he started there and the staff have been fantastic at settling him back in. He really enjoys the walks that they go on, looking at ducks or finding fairy houses in the woods, playing with lots of different toys and playing in the garden. It is such a relief to know that he is so happy when he is there.

My son has been attending the nursery for the last three years, and the care and attention he receives here is great! My husband also works shifts, and Little Red Hen was able to accommodate a flexible booking pattern. The activities they do with the children has really helped my son develop further. He loves attending nursery, and we felt comfortable sending him. Would highly recommend.

Little Red Hen is a lovely independent nursery that I am sure every child and parent would adore!

During my daughter's time at Little Red Hen, she absolutely thrived and the staff consistently went above and beyond to support her and our family. The staff always had such a positive and caring approach and encouraged her to develop, and were extremely approachable. A great nursery with a genuine family feel and my daughter was extremely happy there every day she attended.

The staff are so attentive and caring, making it a very comfortable environment for both children and parents. The reopening is a testament to the amazing staff, parents and children who are involved with the nursery.
