My little boy loves going to nursery here and has been attending for the last 18 months. The staff are very good with him and friendly. He enjoys playing, learning and making friends which all helps with his development. I would recommend!

My child has been attending the ark day nursery and pre school since he was 9months old, he is now 2 & a half. He has loved it there! All the staff have been brilliant, they are very caring and have a genuine interest in how he is day to day.
They are always happy to adjust to his needs if needed.

He comes out every day with a smile and feeling proud of anything he has made during his day. His confidence has grown so much. We have recently had another baby to our family, and he has taken to being a big brother so well, i believe his transition was helped by the staff also talking to him about having a new baby, helping him to be prepared, thank you!
We are always greeted in the mornings with smiles from the staff and positive energy. Even on days when he isn't wanting to go, they always manage to get him in with a smile. I would definitely recommend!

I was very nervous about sending my 17 month old to nursery even though I knew he was ready. The staff were amazing at settling my nerves in the run up to my son attending. He had 2 settle in sessions which I believe were crucial in easing him in. Handing him over on his first day was really tough as
he naturally cried but the staff uploaded photos and a brief update of how he was doing only 20 minutes after! This melted my worries away instantly and I was so grateful. He's only attended 3 full days so far but he's coming on in leaps and bounds and I feel completely content that he's safe and happy.

I've had two boys that have attended this childcare setting (one now in school and one still attending) and I have thoroughly enjoyed the kindness, care and time taken by all staff in the looking after of my children. They have both been incredibly happy in this safe setting and all of the staff are
wonderful. My children are particularly fond of Donna and her hoover who is there everyday cleaning the setting to an excellent standard. The nursery is run well and communication is frequent, individualised and professional. The app is easy to use and keeps parents in the loop daily. I am very happy sending my children here and I recommend it highly!
