Little Moors Farm Nursery

Would recommend to any parent looking for safe, adventurous, friendly childcare, who want their child to spend time outdoors, with nature.Been one less thing to worry about on the journey.

The admin side of things can be a bit of a minefield to navigate sometimes with funding and forms, but it's made up for with the quality of the care and the daily access to the outdoors!

We absolutely love Little Moors. From day one it has felt like a really special place, and I feel completely happy and confident dropping my son off each day. What I value most is how much time the children spend outdoors. They are outside in all weathers, which I really appreciate, and being on a farm is such a unique environment. Seeing the horses on the way in is always a treat. All of the staff genuinely care about the children and my son is happy, settled, looks forward to going, and it is obvious how well he is known by the team.

I cannot recommend Little Moors enough. They took my little one in with open arms and really do treat the kids like their own. They tailor each child’s needs individually and help in every way possible to ensure the kids are getting the best start to their education before school . I wish they had a school as I know all the kids would do so well and be so happy to come to school.

I would highly recommend Little Moors. My son has been going there for almost 2 years. Great indoor and outdoor activities, the staff are lovely and very helpful. Very supportive. Such nice surroundings and great outdoor space. We are missing you!

I always feel confident, reassured and happy when leaving my daughter at Little Moors and will be sad to see her leave for school.

Both my little girl and boy have loved coming to Little Moors. They love the outdoor adventures, the fun they have there, and all the exciting learning experiences. The staff are all incredibly friendly. I drive twenty minutes in the opposite direction to work each day my little boy attends because I know how much he loves his time there.

Our daughter has attended Little Moors for over 2 years. It is a fantastic early years environment. She loves every minute she spends there. The staff are engaged and supportive but rules and boundaries are applied. It has been fantastic to watch our daughter learn and grow at Little Moors.

A kind and welcoming nursery with plenty of outdoor space to explore. The staff are lovely and always put the children first. Both my children go and always arrive with a smile on their faces.

The staff offer amazing care and really treat our child as if they are their own.

Such a wonderful nurturing environment, I cannot fault the care that the manager and the rest of the team have given our daughter. I'll be heartbroken when she has to leave! Really supportive when we had a few questions about her development and worked with us to make sure she had the best opportunities and an action plan in place. Fantastic communication from all staff and a wonderful variety of activities to encourage little brains to learn and develop.

We are grateful for the support of the staff at the nursery and look forward to preparing our daughter for school in the next year.

We moved our 3 year old to Little Moors Farm Nursery and they welcomed him with open arms. From day one he came home smiling and chatting about his days, exploring the Secret Garden and his learning experiences at Forest School. There is never a morning he doesn’t want to go and the staff and children there, have helped both his confidence and relationship building in a short few months. Learning through being outdoors is one of the main reasons we moved to Little Moors and we haven’t regretted it for a minute. Highly rated and would definitely recommend.

Our foster child has attended this nursery for eighteen months and has always loved going. As it's an outdoors nursery it suits her as she is very physical and has lots of energy to burn off. I can feel confident that all her needs are met and has really developed achieving her milestones. All the staff are wonderful, and extremely helpful and accommodate all her needs as a looked after child. The nursery has a good ethos regarding relationships between the children and our little girl who has made very firm friendships. Thank you for everything you have done for our little one.

As a working mum of two, I have used a few settings over the years, Little Moors is my favorite! The setting itself is beautiful and well thought out, but the staff that support the children daily and encourages them to safely investigate nature are fantastic. My daughter loves attending Little Moors, the pricing is fair and the activities are fun. The food provided on site is well balanced and yummy.

Very good nursery with very good staff my child has come on leaps and bounds since starting the nursery in January he couldn’t talk now he’s saying a few words but nursery have got him all the help and support he needs.
