Kids Planet Mablins Lane

Fantastic nursery, my child is well looked after by the manager and her team. I feel they listen and respond very efficiently to any concerns putting my mind at ease. The team are great with the kids and I often get told by my child how much fun they have with them.

Management is very bad and children coming home wet with urine and parents getting phone call after phone call from the nursery saying their child has been hurt. And when asked a member of staff how the accident as happened their reply is we did not see what happened. Very unsafe and children are neglected.

This is my second child to attend Mablins Lane and both times have been positive experiences. We couldn't be more grateful or thankful to all the staff for making our children feel so welcome and loved! It's been a great start to their educational journeys. Thank you!

We specifically like the app which is used to communicate with parents. It's easy to track our child's progress and other activities throughout the week.

Kids Planet have always been great for our daughter - they've always been a place away from home. Our daughter absolutely loves going and always wakes asking "is it nursery day today?" If I've ever had any concerns I've always been able to speak with the team.

we as a family couldn't be more grateful for our experience with Kids Planet pre-school, breakfast club and after-school club. Our child has thrived and grown so much. The staff are so knowledgable, caring and understanding. We are so sad pre-school is over and are eternally grateful for everything and cannot wait for our youngest to join.

As my child is due to leave preschool this year, we can definitely say she will miss everybody.

Since my child joined Kids Planet the entire establishment has gone above and beyond to make him feel welcome. He started Kids Planet with basic skills and since being a part of the Kids Planet group, he has come on massively. He has done nothing but teach the staff his knowledge of dinosaurs. It's safe to say that I'm sure they know all sorts. He would often if not always talk about his key worker and all his friends he was always with while at nursery. My child is a completely different child and I have Kids Planet to thank for his confidence boost and what a lovely boy he's turned into thanks to his mentor at Kids Planet.

I genuinely cannot thank the staff at Kids Planet Mablins Lane enough for all their hard work and help with my child's education and development. To see her looking forward to going to nursery every day and to see her happy when she comes home is so reassuring as a parent. She always has positive feedback about her day and always talks highly of the staff.

Our boys feel safe, loved and so cared for. They absolutely loved coming to nursery. Any problems that may arise are dealt with quickly. Can't fault the nursery staff.
