Great nursery with excellent staff. My daughter has been going to this nursery for around 6 months and absolutely loves the nursery, staff, and children. It's perfectly sized to make it a nice, intimate environment for babies.

The chef is often mentioned at home, and how I don't cook like him!
I love that he is taught about rules as well as the other activities. The staff's rules are the best!
I love the fact photos are taken on the observations they're doing, this opens up conversations at home about the activities they are learning about, at the moment it's the life cycle of a frog, very different and interesting for us all.
We took him to London last year and was asked to send photos, which we did and this became their topic to learn about, what a brilliant idea!
He loves it all and will be sad to leave in August.

We are so happy that we picked Just Imagine-London Road for our son’s nursery, we were nervous when first looking for a nursery, we wanted a home-from-home setting for our little boy and as soon as we viewed Just Imagine we knew they would provide exactly that. The staff are loving & caring, we’re kept up to date verbally & via an app, and activities are tailored to each child and their development needs. The meals are lovely, they do lots of outdoor activities & messy play and from starting nearly 2 and half years ago to now our little boy’s speech and development have improved so much, he really does enjoy every minute and he is so excited every morning to see his friends and the staff.

He has mixed allergies, and the team were supportive of us providing his own food at first, and now he eats all his meals on-site, having tried lots of new foods too. The chef has experience with allergies so we feel very lucky that his needs are met so well, including food-based activities. He's practised chopping food, helped carve a pumpkin, and lots of messy play and we see these activities via the photos in the app.
He enjoys his time with the team.

Just Imagine is an amazing nursery. The staff are all so lovely, very caring and loving, mum-like to the children. The meals are freshly, home cooked. They always do great activities with the children and let them play outside whenever they can. What a fabulous nursery! My son loves coming to nursery each day and doesn’t even look back on his way in. He is happy, learning and making friends each day all supported by the wonderful staff that work there. They are very friendly and supportive always putting the children first. In particular, my son’s key worker puts absolutely everything into her role, which I’m extremely grateful for!

My son has attended the nursery since he was 6 months old (now nearly 3) and I cannot recommend Just Imagine London Road enough! The staff are brilliant. They are very attentive and accommodating and my son is very happy there. The nursery always strives to provide the best experience for the children and they invest in a variety of toys and educational resources. I love that the outdoor play area/garden is at the back of the nursery, away from the main road and there is a great provision for outdoor activities in there which are very well used during good weather. I highly rate this nursery and with my second child now attending I will always sing my praises.

Hello, my name is Nicky Green, and I am the Nursery Manager here at Just Imagine, Wickford, London Road. I have worked in childcare for over 23 years and joined Just Imagine in 2008. I hold an NNEB Diploma in Early Years and Childcare.
Being a mother myself, I understand the concerns and worries of parents when choosing a new nursery and the difficulties of being separated from their children. That’s why at nursery we ensure a safe and secure, yet warm and inviting, environment for both children and parents, with natural resources, we provide a calming and relaxing experience throughout our setting. I am passionate about ensuring that every child who comes into our care receives the individual support and care they need to progress their learning and development in readiness for their big futures.
Our dedicated, longstanding and passionate team actively promote learning through play and devise planning and activities around the children’s interests keeping them engaged and enthusiastic every single day, working together cooperatively, sharing our ideas and taking part in team building days, our team is one big support network and we are here to ensure that families have the best possible childcare solution that fulfils their needs and requirements but also assures that their children are in the best hands.
