Bearfield Day Nursery

We couldn't have asked for a better start for our son's early years. He attended the nursery from the age of one for two years, and throughout that time we consistently felt confident, supported, and reassured in our choice. The staff are truly wonderful-caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's development. They took the time to get to know our son as an individual, supporting his growth not only academically but also socially and emotionally. It was so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable he was every day. The environment is warm, safe, and engaging, with a great balance of structured activities and free play. Over the two years, we've seen our son grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence, and we know this is largely thanks to the dedication of the nursery team. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their child.

Our son is very happy at the nursery. All of the staff are very friendly, incredibly helpful and most importantly, take great care of our little boy. He started there as a baby before he could even walk and is now 21 months old. He is always happy and learning lots at the nursery.

My daughter is now 2 and she is very happy to go to Bearfield Day Nursery. On my observation, the caregivers were amazing and my daughter did not show any objection to their approach and care given. I recommend this nursery if you are looking for a nurturing environment for your child.

I have my daughter there and I am very happy with the care that they do provide to my daughter. They do learn and provide the necessary knowledge that a child needs. Apart from that, my daughter enjoys and goes happily in the nursery and likes the activities and the staff, especially three in particular who have always been a great help for my daughter in managing her attendance. The nursery provides a warm and intimate environment, although the food menu offered may be somewhat limited. This was a minor point, however, as my primary concern was finding a quiet space for my light-sleeping daughter. The availability of a separate upstairs sleeping room, away from the activity area on the ground floor, was invaluable. However, the most impressive aspect of this nursery is undoubtedly the exceptional staff. My daughter previously struggled for eight months to adjust to another nursery. She would be constantly anxious to leave when I picked her up and I could even hear her cries from the street after drop-off. In contrast, the staff here are incredibly skilled at calming and comforting her during any emotional moments. More importantly, my daughter is consistently happy and eager to share the details of her day at the nursery. This is a testament to the nurturing and engaging environment they have created.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and support my son receives at Bearfield Nursery. As a parent, finding the right childcare facility is paramount and Bearfield has exceeded all expectations. My son's transition from his previous nursery, where he struggled to settle, to Bearfield has been incredible. The teachers at Bearfield possess a unique blend of expertise and genuine compassion. They understand the individual needs of each child and go above and beyond to ensure their comfort and happiness. My son's reluctance to attend nursery has been replaced with excitement. I highly recommend Bearfield Day Nursery. The caregivers are all very nice and always smiling because they seem to care about the children. They solve every problem and are very helpful. If there is a problem they always talk and help.

My experience at Bearfield Nursery has been absolutely amazing! they provide great staff and great activities for our kids. The staff and both loving and educational. my children have come back with improved speech and communication skills. They also provide a great manager who assures you when it comes to any concerns!

I haven't tried any other nursery to compare any of this, however I am very impressed with the daily updates on both my children on their app! I am updated on the food they've eaten, nap times, nappy changes and activities for the day! It's fantastic, both kids never want to come home when I pick them up, it's like their second home with additional family.

We were nervous about moving our 2.5-year-old son to Bearfield, but he soon loved it, made some lovely friends and was really happy there. He is fond of the team and misses it now. We found the ladies really helpful, great with advice and suggestions and would definitely recommend to other parents. The thought and care that goes into the activities to keep the children engaged is really admirable and appreciated.

I felt that the staff really cared about his emotional development and genuinely wanted him to overcome his anxiety. He soon ran into nursery, happily saying "bye, bye Mummy" and running into an embrace from staff members. Every day I would get a summary on what he did, ate, and how he played with his peers verbally and via the nursery app (Everything was well documented). He is a happy little boy and enjoyed his time a Bearfield. Any issues I had with his development, I felt the manager was approachable, well equipped and informative.

My 2.5yo daughter has settled in really well at Bearfield and enjoys going to nursery and playing with her friends. The manager and all the staff are all lovely people and I feel reassured leaving my daughter with them. There were a few days when my daughter got a bit teary when I left her, but the manager was so kind and comforting in how she dealt with it that I felt at ease leaving my daughter, as I knew she was in good hands. Overall, I've had a positive experience with Bearfield and will happily recommend it to other parents.

I had been to a couple of nurseries before coming to Bearfield, and can honestly say, I didn't like any of them. Bearfield's nursery was the first one in the area I felt comfortable taking my son. The staff are amazing and very friendly, and I'm not stressed when I leave my son there.

My son attended the nursery about a year and I can say that the manager and her team are really amazing. The good thing about Bearfields Day Nursery is that you always have the opportunity to raise anything with them and they will listen to you and give you excellent advice. I would definitely recommend this nursery, it is warm and real. I have seen a lot of nurseries, but Bearfields is the one to choose.
