Sunflower Nursery

The nursery has provided fantastic care to my son who joined last June at 17months. The Sunflower Nursery in South Woodford has been a home away from home. The staff are very friendly, caring and clearly love the children. My son has developed amazingly over the last year and transitioned well into the toddler room.

Since bringing Hafsa to Sunflowers we've noticed incredible progress in her development and wellbeing. She looks forward to going to nursery each day and we feel comfortable knowing she is being taken care of by all of the wonderful aunties and staff, especially her carers Anxhela who Hafsa is so fond of and has a special bond with.

I am very happy with the setting and all activities they do for our kids. They keep them safe, happy and clearly they love coming into the nursery.

We are really happy with Victoria's progress, the nursery team has helped with everything and we are really proud to belong to the Sunflower Nursery community.

I am extremely happy with the care and effort shown towards my children. My first child started at this nursery and I was very pleased with his development and how much he loved attending. Now my second child also attends, which shows the trust I have in the nursery. I know why children feel happy. Safe and well cared for here. It feel like a second home for them.

Bring my son to the nursery has been the greatest blessing. He is so much progress and I'm absolutely grateful for the good job they are doing.

Sunflower Nursery has been a wonderful setting for my daughter. She has developed so much since starting her, last October and has settled in very well. The staff are amazing and provide a friendly and safe environment for my daughter. She speaks fondly of nursery and her auntie Angela. Her speech has developed since being at nursery- she didn't used to speak at all prior to starting.

This Nursery is truly wonderful. They have looked after my son since he was 9 months and I can honestly day he is in the best hands. My son always screatches with excitement as we enter the gate of the nursery daily , because he's so happy to be there. He holds out his arms for his favourite auntie as he has such a beautiful bond with her. The nursery workers [aunties] care for my son like he's thier own. As a new mum you always worry if they are happy and I know he's in the best place. They do so many activities also. Also the management there are brilliant and so approachable. When my son first started I was concerned he wasn't having enough nappy changes but they took my comments on board and never had any problems since . The listened and they all care. Most local nurseries have a bigger reputation but after viewing those I didn't feel they would care for my son. All the children in all classes always look so happy too. It has a great culture and community .
