Kids Planet Bridgehead

Our son attends the baby room and our daughter attends the pre school and both children settled very quickly in to the setting. Every staff member is lovely and you can see the children all have great relationships with them.

The nursery provide such varied activities, with lots of outside time and updates through the app. At least every couple of weeks they will organise activities relevant to that day such as world book day and they will also arrange events for parents to attend such as Valentine's Day or a sports day which is so lovely to see your child engaged at nursery.

Any potential future concerns raised, staff address straight away and provide feedback on.

For a comparison, our daughter previously went to another nursery, which is a highly regarded nursery with a large waitlist that reflects this and I would definitely say that both nurseries are on par for standard of care, activities and learning.

I am very happy with the care my grandson receives from Kids Planet. The staff are very helpful , efficient , caring and professional. The nursery is very proactive and ensures the children receive a broad range activities and whenever possible they have outside play

I was very anxious about introducing my daughter to nursery however speaking to the manager of the baby room made me feel very reasurred. I genuinely believe the girls care about my daughter and they are doing everything they can to support her through this transition.

Henry is my only child and I was really worried about leaving home to go back to work full time, to my job in the emergencey services. However, from the first few weeks of taking hom to Kids Planet, I've felt reassured that he is with amazing workers who not only treat him like their own but have a genuine connection with him. He has been coming 2 years and I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My youngest daughter has recently started and they have been so supportive of her transition as she was a little unsettled.

Very caring and helpful staff, our son seems to learn so much at nursery and has much fun there. Special mention to Caitlyn the leader of the baby room. She is very caring and passionate about delivering the best care. She has always seemed very invested in our son's development and very knowledgeable.

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery. She goes in smiling and confidently. She really enjoys the outdoor play.

She enjoys mealtimes and the food is always varied.

As a parent the open days are lovely and frequent. And the regular updates during the day including photos seeing your child happy is so reassuring.

I was genuinely anxious to make the move but from the moment I viewed Kids Planet and met one of the staff members, I knew we were making the right choice! All the staff, the setting it's self and the support we've received have / has been first class. The team are so friendly, passionate and engaged. They offer wonderful emotional support for their children and the families and I couldn't be happier with the outcome - my son have thrived here! I truly recommend Kids Planet Bridgehead to everyone looking for a special preschool for their child.

The staff are absolutely amazing and can't do enough to support not only the children in their care but the whole family. I had a really tough time recently and me and the kids were floored by it. The ladies have been so supportive and helpful and really have been a godsend to us.

My son has loved his time in Preschool and has gone from being very shy to quite outgoing within the setting. He is going to miss everyone when he starts school in September.

The nursery staff at bridgehead are a cut above! Leaving my son with them has been one of the easiest experiences of fatherhood. I have complete trust in the team and they bring out the best in him. He's had the best preparation for school. We have a second child in the baby room and we're happy that he's following in his big brothers footsteps, knowing that he's in the best hands
