My name is Ami-Rose Spring, and I am the Nursery Manager and SENCO. I hold a Level 5 qualification in childcare and have 8 years of experience within the early years sector.

I am deeply committed to supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. I have a particular passion for the Montessori and Curiosity Approaches, which reflect my belief that children learn most effectively through meaningful, hands-on experiences. I value creating nurturing and engaging environments that encourage curiosity, independence and confidence.

I am equally passionate about building positive relationships with parents and working in partnership with families to ensure every child feels valued, included and supported to reach their full potential.

Hi, I’m Stacey! I’m Level 3 qualified and really enjoy being part of the team at Blooming Kids. I’m passionate about creating fun and engaging experiences where children can learn, explore and feel confident being themselves.

I especially love messy play, arts and crafts and getting stuck in alongside the children - the messier, the better! I also enjoy creating exciting activities that encourage little ones to use their imagination, explore their creativity and develop new skills through play.

I'm a proud mum of three, so I bring plenty of hands-on experience and patience to the setting!

I have over 15 years' experience working within special education, and I am also trained in Makaton. You’ll usually find me getting stuck into messy arts and crafts projects or heading outside for outdoor play.

Hi, I’m Ashleigh! I’m 22, Level 3 qualified, and I’ve been working with babies for 6 years now. Honestly, there’s nothing better than watching our littlest ones figure out the world around them.

You’ll usually find me covered in paint or spaghetti! I’m a massive fan of baby-friendly messy play—whether we’re squishing around in edible sensory trays, finger painting, or making a huge splash at the water table. I firmly believe the best days are the ones where we get stuck in, have a laugh, and go home needing a good wash! Read less
