So kind and caring towards my son. Always looking for new and fun ways to help him learn and develop. Always updating us with his day, activities, food, nappies and new skills. My son loves going to nursery, and loves his teachers. Would recommend to everyone!
Thank you for your kind words and lovely review its greatly appreciated.
He has always been so well looked after - which has given us as parents such a peace of mind knowing he is happy, safe and well looked after.
The staff have taken it in their stide to manage allergies that he has had. Ensuring he is never left out.
I feel my child has been included and allowed to have an active role within the nursery setting.
Staff have helped to educate and develop his skills and abilities in a positive manner.
Nursery have a developed a lovely journal for each child detailing activities and learning in nursery, and thread through this experiences and learning/holidays etc from home too. This comes home on a regular basis and we enjoy seeing this and looking at it together with our child.
He is always happy and excited to go to nursery and has developed a lovely bond with staff members. As have we as parents.
So glad and lucky to have experienced this lovely nursery.
Thank you so much Zoe for your wonderful review, its so lovely to hear you are having a wonderful experience in the setting.
My son attends Aberfoyle Too Nursery full time and has done since October 2024. As he is my first and only child, I wasn't really sure what to expect as I have never experienced putting a child to nursery but I cannot rate this nursery high enough. From the minute I visited, the staff made me feel extremely welcome, they were friendly, very informative and answered any questions I had. My son has come on leaps and bounds and is learning every day, as well as having fun. He has great relationships with all the staff in the nursery, but most of all with his key workers which I find very comforting when I'm not with him. I have and will continue to recommend this nursery to all friends and family. 10/10.
Great nursery with amazing staff would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery my daughter is so happy there and is thriving thanks to the staff continually encouraging her learning and development.
My grandson has attended Aberfoyle Too since October 2024 aged 8 months. I was hesitant at first (as all Grannies are) however I cannot fault this nursery in any aspect. Their communication with families are above and beyond what is required under legislation. Our views are sought as they are constantly looking to improve the child's experience at nursery. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Management always approachable and informative. Learning experiences for children are offered on a daily basis and criteria for learning outcomes explained. Most of all my grandson is very happy at Aberfoyle Too. Relationships with staff in the room are so nurturing. Meanwhile always challenging him through his developmental milestones. He has developed so well, through structured tasks and routine. Aberfoyle Too is a hidden gem in the world of early learning. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Thank you so much Susan for your wonderful review. Greatly appreciated!
My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery, and the fact she runs in makes my working life a lot easier, she regularly speaks about the staff once she is home and generally is really happy and content within the nursery.
The meals are great and the crafts she brings home are always so cute!
She loves the outdoors and the garden that they have is great for the babies! Looking forward to the extension to the nursery.
Staff are always in contact and if I have any issues or need advice they will reply immediately.
Happily recommend aberfoyle too to all friends and family
Thank you for your lovely review and ongoing support!
Initially, we were reluctant as it is smaller than the previous nursery we used and others visited, however the feeling we got from the staff was very parent and child-focused and caring and this ultimately made our choice.
Since starting my daughter settled almost instantly, having been unsettled at her previous nursery which she attended for over 1 year, she even asks to go more days now!
It was my son's first time at nursery and he took longer to settle but the staff were great and always welcoming, calm, and always kept us up to date and in the loop and we feel that the kids watching us communicate effectively helped them feel more confident and comfortable and my son is happy when dropping off and picking up now.
My son has allergies and the nursery has been incredible with these, they have a separate menu and we have had no "slip-ups" which I'm aware can be a problem in a lot of nurseries.
Nothing but positive things to say to be honest!
