ABC Tots Ltd

Brilliant nursery, daughter has been thriving while attending ABC tots. She is always so excited to attend, every day. The meal plans, teaching plans and activities planned are all focused with child development in mind making it a great nursery.

Abc tots staff have always went above and beyond to help my child whenever they have faced challenges within the nursery but also supporting with different issues that may have raising at home as well. Drop off can be difficult but both the assistant managers are always there to comfort and support my child through that hard transition. Which they soon settle when I have left and I always get sent photo or message on the nursery app. The children are always out in the community doing either local walks to the park or play cafe but also attending activities in the community centre weekly.

My son now 4 and a half has attended ABC Tots since he was 10 months old and he loves it! The staff are all so friendly and take the time to get to know the full family! They have supported his learning, worked with me on all the life milestones that he has passed in his time at nursery!

Our little girl joined ABC Tots earlier this year. In all honesty they were not our initial choice, we found them when we couldn't get the Nursery we had requested for our funded hours but now I couldn't be more glad of us not having got where we asked for! From start to finish all staff have made the nursery transition amazingly easy and our little girl LOVES the nursery. We love the fact we had the opportunity to pay for extra hours on top of the funded hours to give us flexibility with our jobs. All staff are so approachable and nothing is ever a problem. Any issues we've highlighted have been identified, discussed and rectified quicker than I could have imagined. Five stars isn't enough!
