My name is Shaista Zahid, and I am a dedicated Room Leader at Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery, where I have been privileged to nurture young minds for the past 6 years. Holding a Level 3 qualification, I am also the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). My passion for early childhood education drives me to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

As a fluent speaker of six languages, I bring a unique cultural perspective to my role, which enhances communication and fosters an appreciation for diversity among the children and families I work with.
