Little Friends Nursery

My child has been at Little Friends since he was 1. He is now a pre-schooler and his experience at each stage has been wonderful. The staff are so loving, caring and nurturing. They have supported my child to develop socially, emotionally abd physically. My child loves going to nursery and enjoys getting involved with all the themed activities. Staff are always responsive and willing to discuss any concerns. In addition to this the outside space is really amazing. The children play outside every day, and that's certainly a huge plus for both my child and me!

Our daughter went to Little Friends from September of 2022- June of 2026 and absolutely loved it. If outdoor space and activities is high on your priority list, Little Friends has an incredible garden and the children spend time outdoors all year round. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful - my daughter had a really special bond with her Key Worker. The food options are also excellent, healthy home cooked meals and snacks. The facility is clean and orderly, toys and activities are regularly rotated and holiday celebrations and parties for the children are always happening. The app is also brilliant, communication clear, they share excellent assessments of development and weekly photos of all the kids. I would say the best nursery in the area.

My little one has been at little friends since 13 months old until leaving for reception, the level of care and development he's received has been incredible. The staff are lovely, hardworking and engaging. There is a huge green space and giant sandpit which lots of other places don't have. Food is great too and they do lots of fun things like picnics. We've had an amazing experience there and I'm so sad its ending!

My daughter has received exceptional care at Little Friends Nursery. The staff have not only helped her develop her skills, independence, and confidence, but they have also genuinely cared for her wellbeing and happiness. Their dedication and kindness have made a huge difference to her early years experience.

The setting itself is outstanding, with a large outdoor space that provides wonderful opportunities for learning, exploration, and play. The early years environment is excellent and, in my opinion, far superior to many other nurseries we considered.

The food provided is of an exceptionally high quality, offering a wide variety of nutritious and balanced meals that my daughter enjoys. It is clear that the nursery places great importance on children's health and wellbeing.

We are very happy with the nursery. The management team is very communicative and supportive, the play areas are spacious and well-equipped, and the facilities are excellent. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and environment.

The transparent communication they maintain with parents, the daily updates, and the meticulous precautions taken for the children's safety completely put our minds at ease as parents. We looked at a number of nurseries before choosing Little Friends Nursery and we’ve never looked back. From the moment we started our settling in period to each day we drop our son off for his session we were way over the moon. The staff and I mean every single member, especially the Practioner, Room Leader, and the Chef who our son absolutely loves to the point he talks about them on the evenings and weekends! The Managers who run the place, especially the Deputy Manager who made us feel so at ease when we were discussing our son's care. Everything we have asked for we have been giving, feedback, foods etc we’ve been granted. The app is fantastic, a great way to communicate and receive feedback. If we have more children we will definitely be sending them here. Lastly, the space is brilliant being an old bowling green they have an extremely huge outdoor space which accommodates chickens, rabbits amongst others is a great plus. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I recommend Little Friends Nursery to all, staff is friendly and my child is very happy with them. My bigger child was in this nursery too and now is my little one. He is learning a lot of new things, he has very good progress.
