The way I can sum up Ladybirds nursery is the complete and utter joy and excitement I see on my daughters face every time we drop her off in the morning when she sees the staff. She has had such a wonderful time so far and I can tell just how much fun she has every day and how comfortable she is already
with the setting and staff. All of the staff are wonderful, and from the very first day made my daughter feel welcome and part of the group.

Absolutely amazing staff, fantastic communication when my little one went through toilet training regression. They followed my home routine very well in the pre-school setting.
My little one Absolutely loves coming here, everyone is so friendly and upbeat all the time and they always give me a run
down of her day when I collect her.

Ladybirds is such an incredible place. My son has come so far since being there. He has learned so much. He's Constantly sharing stories of his day and has so much love for the staff. I couldn't ask for a better place to send him. The perfect balance of play and Learning

My daughter is absolutely thriving at Ladybirds. I enrolled her when she was 15 months old and did have my doubts, but I was worrying for nothing. She soon settled in and was thoroughly enjoying everything she got up to. She's now 23 months and still thriving. Her skills have improved so much by being
there and I am so proud of her. The staff have always been so accommodating and always helpful with any queries I have. Ladybirds is a fun, friendly and very caring nursery and I'm so happy that my daughter is going there.

My child absolutely LOVES going to ladybirds. She started at 9 months old when I went back to work and I was terrified about leaving her but she took to it straight away and now just walks straight in without saying bye! She's learnt so much since being there and is always coming out with random words
and sign language. Wouldn't send her to any other nursery in Barnstaple

I haven't got a bad word to say about lady birds. They are great. I get art work. Updates. Photos. They are fab. The staff are kind and my son absolutely loves going there.
Never has he said no. He walks in happy as Larry to be there.
The only thing i wish they would improve on is in winter id pick
up my son and his face would always need wiping from a dry previously runny nose. Every time I collected him.

With regard to the criticism about wiping noses...there is no excuse NOT to do this as we have lots of self-hygiene spots all around the nursery, with tissues, warm soapy water and flannels, towels & hand sanitiser (for adults) so we are a little disappointed that this has happened. All staff are made aware that it is 'Ladybirds Law' that no child should be left with dirty hands, faces or runny noses. We hope that this does not happen again but please use theparent app or daily diary to make us aware of any issues.

What a gem! My child is tricky in several ways with health and special needs! I had spent A LOT of time in hospital with my child prior to putting her in nursery and I was terrified it wouldn't work. I explained all this to the nursery and together we have achieved far more for my child than I ever
dreamed possible! I can't express my gratitude for this place and the people in it. You will need to go a long way to find a better place!
