The 5 points available are broken down as follows:
4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews, 3 points for the first Positive Review and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.
1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. If the target is partially reached then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery with 50 registered maximum number of service users has a target of 10 Positive Reviews, if it has 10 or more Positive Reviews it will receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews will receive 0.7 points.

My daughter has attended Highfield Lane nursery since it opened and I cannot speak highly enough of it. Extremely nurturing, wonderful, attentive staff and great management. I have had experience of another nursery and Highfield really feels like everyone involved loves what they do, it certainly does not feel like a business. They always welcome you to have a chat if you have anything you wish to discuss, a very 'open door' policy. The learning activities are above and beyond what I would expect and great to see (with photos) what your child does each day through their online portal. Food is healthy and varied and my little one certainly enjoys it. Facilities are amazing and their learning through play is extremely imaginative. The various nursery rooms are based not on age but on how your child is as an individual - as we know and as Highfield Lane know, no two children are the same.
How likely would you be to recommend Highfield Lane Day Nursery School? Extremely Likely
