Grow Happy Childcare Nursery

The food provided is not what is advertised on the website. They were being given breadsticks every day and coming home hungry. My additional needs child that they claim to provide support for had a meltdown because he was hungry, where the staff all crowded round him and a specific member of staff shouted at him. After this incident, the manager rang me in the morning scolding me, informing me both children (the incident only regarded my youngest) are immediately removed. Breaching their own contract. No appropriate measures, attempt of support/communication were taken prior, removal procedure wasn't followed. I requested to discuss this further, to be ignored until I have been sent a message requesting an invoice today. Capable of communicating when money is concerned.

My son has attended Grow Happy since he was 3 months, he is now 4 years old. I can't thank the staff enough for all their work, they have helped him progress in his development so much! All the staff are very friendly and approachable, and I love getting updates throughout the day on my phone to tell me what he is up to.

My daughter has been attending Grow Happy child care for just over a year, they are an outstanding nursery they have helped my daughter develop with her speech and made her into a young, polite person. This nursery goes far and beyond for the children and even the parents will help with anything, so I highly recommend this nursery to anyone, they will have yours and your childs best interest at heart.

All of my 3 children have come to the nursery and it's a wonderful place, full of fun, laughter, lots of fun things to do, lots of adventures to have. The staff are great, very caring, fun, helpful, always keep you informed to what's going on nothing is to much trouble.

My daughter has attended Grow Happy Childcare for many years, she loves all the staff and has amazing bonds with them. She always talks about her time at nursery, what she has learnt, what she has done with her friends and how much she enjoys it. I would always recommend it to anyone, such a homely environment.

My children have an excellent experience at Grow Happy Childcare. My 9 year old son has been there since age 2 and couldn't wait to return after my recent maternity leave. He loved the activities and is autistic so thrives on the routine they provide for him. They were the first to notice his Autism and thanks to their excellent care and attention we have been able to get a diagnosis.

My youngest son is 18 months and dairy free and nothing is too much trouble to do for him. Grow Happy provide him excellent meals and snacks and are able to cope with all of his additional needs. He goes on do many trips and does so many activities that it makes me feel less guilty about leaving him to go to work.

My youngest daughter attends nursery and my eldest attends holiday club. Both of them absolutely love coming here. The staff are all amazing. They do lots of activities and nothing is too much trouble. My eldest daughter complains when I “picked her up too early” as she wants to stay. Cannot recommend Grow Happy enough.

My little girl loves going to Grow Happy, so much so that it is difficult to get her to leave each afternoon when I arrive to collect her! The daily connect is a brilliant way of keeping me up to date with what she has eaten, drank and which activities she has been doing. She has easily settled into nursery and made new friends and she enjoys spending time with the staff too.

I would highly recommend Grow Happy due to the fact that since my 3 year old started attending he has come on leaps and bounds in all aspects. They were amazing when helping with toilet training and are an all-round fantastic nursery and my son loves going. The food is freshly made and to a high standard. The meals are fantastic and the snacks given throughout the day are more than satisfactory too. I am kept updated via the daily app which also puts my mind at ease.
