Wales 1 Day Nursery

Wales 1 have been nothing but excellent since my daughter joined them in April 2024. Every room that she has been in since starting have been fantastic (started at 9 months now 2 years). They provide great menu of food, lots of fun activities for the children with many days catered to the children's interests. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since being at wales 1 and that is due to the fab staff. It is well run and all queries are always answered straight away. Would recommend to other parents.

Couldn't be happier with this nursery who always goes above and beyond with my granddaughter, she absolutely loves attending wales1 and is developing amazingly. Staff are so friendly and Mila loves being with them and her little friends. Love receiving her updates via the app. Cannot recommend enough.

My little boy has attended wales 1 for the last 6 months, since he was about 7 months old, and I've been very happy with the care he's been provided. He's never been upset when being dropped off in the morning and they do lots of fun sensory activities, along with themed days and even things like first aid training for parents. I can see detailed live notes of what he's eaten and how's he's slept via the app and I love the many photos I get sent every day. Whenever I need to make contact I get a response really quickly and everyone is friendly and professional.

Love all that they do and provide for the children. If there are any issues they are quick to help resolve them. My daughter has been in there since 6 months and she's now 3 and she's come on amazingly. There have been one or two snags but they staff have worked quickly to resolve them. It is very expensive though and the price could be looked at

My little boy has special needs and is peg fed. He started at wales 1 18 months ago. They have gone above and beyond helping him. They have done peg feed training so he can be fed in nursery. They know him so well they are the only other carers for him that are trained. They have done the training without any hesitation. We tried 5 nursery's while looking for a place and apart from wales 1 they made excuses why he could t start including being full while a few days later giving a place to a non special needs child who is the same age.

Absolutely brilliant with my boy he loves going.the staff are so friendly and welcoming would recommend. The food is good the learning is awesome and he has so much fun there, if you want to choose a nursery this is the one for you.

My son absolutely loves coming this nursery. He started when he was 9 months old and attends 2 days a week. During this time he has become more confident and social. The staff are very knowledgeable and have support my son to achieve developmental milestones. The room staff are very friendly and approachable. They are always there to greet you in the morning and give you updates on how your child is doing. I absolutely love their app where I can see what my son has been up to. They add meals, drink, naps and nappy changes on there so you can see when they have happened and what they have had. Then at the end of the day they send you pictures of what your child has been doing. The meals they provide are outstanding. The chef provides well balanced meals with lots of different meal types. This nursery is everything I could hope for. Thank you.

Wales 1 are very accommodating with changes in circumstances and last minute changes and are so helpful. Wales 1 are very informative and have even introduced parents evening so you can get 1 to 1 feedback for your child's progress. The activities are always fun and change regularly and are really creative as well as linking with seasonal festivities. Overall we are very happy with communication, care, safety and learning for our child.

My daughter started at Wales 1 when she was 1 years old, and I have no words of how much she has excelled being there! All the staff have been amazing with communication, honest and super supportive, these girls work so hard! My little girl is going to be starting reception in September and I honestly wish I could take the staff with us! I'm not which one of us are going to miss the girls more! Keep up the amazing work you do, Wales 1! If only all daycare were like you!

My daughter suffered two very severe nappy rashes and after the second rash she recovered for a week. As a mom of two, it was easy for me to judge that my daughter must have been with a dirty nappy for hours. Food Hygiene Rating - 4. My daughter had a rash on her face after the first few days. There was a slight improvement for the weekend when she stayed at home, but with the new week and the stay in the nursery, the rash on her face intensified. The well-being and health of children is paramount. Please keep your little once away from this nursery and manager. In the last day, I picked my daughter with a fever - 39.4C, no one even contacted me and she was suffering for hours without a medicine or medical help.

The activities they do are great and she’s really developed and learned so much since starting.
