Banana Moon Day Nursery Kempston

Overall, we've had a very positive experience so far and feel confident that our girls are in a caring and supportive environment.

Our little girl has been attending the Kempston facility now for 6 months now and the change in her has been amazing. She loves going, bounding to the door every day! She loves the staff and the facilities. Management are attentive to our needs and take our feedback constructively, making changes based on communication to make our child's time there, as good as it can be. Fantastic team at Banana Moon Kempston.

My son has really enjoyed coming to nursery, since being here he has really excelled in his communication, social skills, and motor skills!

They are great at keeping to his routine, and brilliant at keeping me up to date with his days at nursery!

The food is also great, he eats everything they offer and it's all a great healthy food!

They also put on a lot of workshops for us parents to go to, which are very helpful!

Our son has been attending Banana Moon - Kempston since he was 10 months old (he's now 2 and a half). He absolutely loves coming to the nursery to see both his friends and the staff members. Every single member of staff is attentive to your child's needs, they know every child's name even if they're not with them every day, they always make the effort to check in with parents and update on anything important happening within the nursery. The regular updates within the app bring peace of mind. I am comfortable in dropping him off and heading to work knowing he will be looked after and in good, safe hands! Our son has grown so well within this setting, he is developing so well and we are so grateful to all the staff. This nursery is perfect if you are looking for the "home from home" feel in a setting. I would and always will recommend this setting to anyone who is looking for childcare.

My little girl is happy here and I'm happy leaving her here knowing she will be safe and cared for. Staff are polite and friendly. She really enjoys tiny tots music group coming in and entertaining the children as she loves music. Always kept up to date on the App of how her day is going and pictures of her enjoying herself which gives me peace of mind. All emails are quickly responded to.

The nursery is very caring, very clean environment, well-organised, always receive updates of my kid's performance on a daily basis which is very helpful. The only thing to improve is answering the door on time.

I appreciate the communication from the team, whether diary updates, end-of-day handovers, calls if a concern and also the regular emails from the nursery with updates on staff, training events etc. It makes us feel included and valued.

I could not recommend this nursery enough. They were so considerate to my daughter when she was a baby, both to me and to her - they always kept me up to date, incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I was comforted by how well they cared for her. She is still there and about to turn 4 and they have nurtured her big personality and helped her overcome all sorts. She has made the staff at this nursery her 'best friends' and every time I drop her off they are there with open arms and full of life. I am due to send my new 10-month-old there and rather than being apprehensive about leaving her for the first time I am actually excited because I know she will grow and be nurtured. Their staff is what makes this place and the facilities are also great.

Overall, it’s a nice nursery with a family feel, which I really like.

The preschool manager is a specific, precise woman. She answered every question we had. She responds to our emails very quickly. The team of educators is always helpful and friendly. There is also a website with updates on our children's activities. We highly recommend this preschool.

We viewed a few nurseries and Banana Moon really stood out as it has a home-from-home feel, the manager prioritises staff training and safety, the staff were all smiley, it's really clean, and they provide two hot meals. Luckily first impressions were right. Our son is very cared for, all the staff are lovely and he has formed such good relationships with them and the other children, plus communication from the nursery has always been good.

I highly recommend this nursery, my wife and I confidently leave our son in their very safe hands.

The staff are caring and enthusiastic and take the time to get to know the children, build their confidence and let them experience a range of activities and scenarios, from exploring nature, growing vegetables (pre-school), helping make cakes and who help develop a rounded approach which they feedback to the parents/guardians. My children were encouraged to be independent while practising walking up stairs, changing shoes, using cutlery, learning to toilet independently and when the time came, preparing for school. The eldest was so confident starting school as a result, despite none of her friends from nursery going to the same school. My youngest is excited to go after learning about school logos, colours and even visits from their staff. Highly recommend this nursery.

I love this nursery, I feel so so comfortable leaving my son in the care of Banana Moon Kempston. He always has a lovely time and I especially enjoy the app where I get loads of regular updates on his day.

Our daughter joined Banana Moon Kempston when she was 16 months old, back in January 2020. From our first visit, we just felt such warmth, the environment is homely, and the staff genuinely love and care for the children as if they were their own. We will forever be grateful for the sense of normality and routine that the nursery gave us and our daughter through Covid lockdowns; we would have been lost without you. Our daughter's confidence has blossomed beautifully over the past 2.5 years; her language developed so quickly as soon as she joined the nursery. Her social skills and inquisitive nature have been nurtured wonderfully, and she has made so many friends. We are so sad that she will be leaving to go to school in September but so grateful that the Banana Moon team has helped to shape the young lady that she is today and prepare her for school. Thank you for everything you have done for our little girl; she will miss you, and so will we. I would truly recommend this setting to anyone.

Is the second home for my son, therefore, we are so sorry because we have to leave the nursery thank you very much to all of the staff for all support we received during this period, we hope we will have the chance in future to drop in the nursery and see all

My son has been at the nursery for a little under a year now and I cannot say enough about the level of quality. My son loves it and has the best days there, they keep us informed and up to date every day and have worked hard on his personal progression with walking, talking and interacting with those around him!
