Caroline has been the Nursery Manager at Star Day Nursery for the past 10 years and has over 10 years of experience working in childcare. She is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Caroline loves building strong relationships with our children and families. She also supports our dedicated team to provide high-quality care and exciting learning opportunities every day.

Saima is our dedicated Toddler Room Leader who is passionate about creating a fun, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. She enjoys supporting children as they grow in confidence, develop their independence and explore through play. Saima works closely with families to ensure each child feels happy, safe and valued, making their time in the toddler room positive and enjoyable.

Gifty is our experienced Pre-School Room Leader and has worked in childcare for over 14 years. She is passionate about preparing children for their next exciting step into school by helping them develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. Through engaging activities and play-based experiences, Gifty supports children's communication, social skills, early literacy and numeracy, ensuring they are well prepared for a successful transition into primary school. She helps every child reach their full potential in a happy, caring and stimulating environment.

Souada is our caring and experienced Baby Room Leader and has worked in early years childcare for over 19 years. She is passionate about providing a loving, nurturing environment where every baby feels safe, secure and valued. Souada builds strong relationships with every baby; she takes the time to understand their individual routines, interests and developmental needs. Through sensory play and meaningful interactions, she supports babies as they reach their important milestones while encouraging their confidence and curiosity.
