Nazia is our Manager, Learning and Development and has worked in early years childcare for over 7 years. She is passionate about ensuring every child receives the highest quality learning experiences and achieves their full potential. Nazia oversees children's learning and development across the nursery, monitoring progress, achievements, next steps and planning. She also oversees progress reports and two-year-old checks.

Sania is our caring and experienced Baby Room Leader and has worked in early years childcare for over 12 years. She is passionate about providing a loving, nurturing environment where every baby feels safe, secure and valued. Sania builds strong relationships with every baby; she takes the time to understand their individual routines, interests and developmental needs. Through sensory play and meaningful interactions, she supports babies as they reach their important milestones while encouraging their confidence and curiosity.

Emma is our dedicated Toddler Room Leader who is passionate about creating a fun, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. She enjoys supporting children as they grow in confidence, develop their independence and explore through play. Emma works closely with families to ensure each child feels happy, safe and valued, making their time in the toddler room positive and enjoyable.

Emma is our experienced Pre-School Room Leader and has worked in childcare for over 19 years. She is passionate about preparing children for their next exciting step into school by helping them develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. Through engaging activities and play-based experiences, Emma supports children's communication, social skills, early literacy and numeracy, ensuring they are well prepared for a successful transition into primary school. She helps every child reach their full potential in a happy, caring and stimulating environment.
