My eldest daughter has been going to the Rascals at Upper Newtownards since September 2015 and absolutely loves it. All the staff know her by name and she loves all the different activities each day. She even eats food at Rascals that she wouldn't eat at home which is a testament to how tasty it must be!
I particularly love how I can log in throughout the day to a portal where I'm updated on how she is getting on with food, sleep, activities and also photos. It gives great piece of mind.
Our second daughter is starting soon too.

Couldn't recommend it enough!

Overall Experience

I cannot express how content I am with everything Rascals has done and continues to do for my daughter. My wee girl has been with Rascals from when she was 6 months old and is now 2. She has progressed through 3 different rooms now and I can't fault the care and attention she got in every room and with every leader. The manager is absolutely amazing to deal with and will always try and work with you for what is best for your child. My wee 'rascal' loves her current leaders and comes home chatting about the day she's had with them and all her wee friends. Everyday is full of fun and laughter for her. The favourite part of my working day is checking the APP and finding out what my wee girl has been up to and getting to see photos of her playing away with a big smile on her face! I absolutely love the APP. Rascals is excellent. Couldn't fault anything about it!

Overall Experience
Absolutely great nursery. From management to room staff, they are all very nice, approachable and are amazing with all the children. Every staff member knows every child by name. My son comes home from nursery and I notice him saying new words, singing new songs, he learns a lot in nursery as the staff are very attentive and have a structure they follow from singing, to reading books to free play. The meals provided in the nursery are excellent, the children get a balanced diet including fruit and vegetables.

All in all this nursery is fantastic. My son never wants to leave when we go to pick him up, which I think says it all.

Overall Experience

I would definitely recommend Rascals Stormont to any of my family or friends. I could not fault the care they give to my daughter one bit! I can go to work and not worry about how my daughter's day is going as I can check regularly on the Rascals App to see her progress throughout the day.

The staff from the kitchen staff to the manager are extremely friendly and I personally feel that I can go to any of the staff to ask about my daughter as they all know her personally too.

All in all a very friendly, relaxed environment for your little one.
