Little Rays Nursery Ballymena

Could not recommend highly enough. My son has loved the nursery since day one. I’ve never felt a reason to complain. He talks about his teachers extremely positively and has a fabulous attachment to them. I love the app and the sharing of pictures and activities. The meals provided are substantial and healthy. Credit to all staff who work there.

Our child has been welcomed from the start and has been made to feel safe and secure. The staff are very friendly and informative. Additional information was provided when written information was requested on the progress of our child. A great variety of activities and the children's physical and emotional needs are catered for to a high standard. Our child loves it.

My son has been going to Little Rays Nursery Ballymena now for about three years and has always had the best care. The staff are all lovely and genuinely care about the development and well being of the kids. Wouldn’t send my son anywhere else!

My child has attended Little Rays Nursery Ballymena since September 2020, he enjoys going and is very settled. The girls are lovely that look after him. He goes in very happy and leaves the same! Any problems are sorted immediately by the management.

Both my little ones attend full time and love it! They are kept busy throughout the day and being able to see what they are doing on the app is fantastic, I love logging in and seeing what pictures are put up. All the staff are great, so friendly and welcoming.

Amazing! We as parents highly recommended this nursery. The staff are excellent, they are friendly, yet professional and approachable, they have a interest in your child and are very informative. I have no hesitation when I leave our daughter in the morning, she is happy to go and enjoys being there. The girls have brought my daughter on leaps and bounds, I cannot thank them enough. Love the nursery app, you know exactly what she is eating and it's always lovely to see pictures of what activities they have done each day. Their menu option is fantastic, a variety of healthy meals and it accommodates allergies and dietary requirements. During the adaptation to Covid-19, everything ran super smoothly and Little Rays Nursery Ballymena are compliant. All ground work is kept up to day and not forgetting that everything office based runs smoothly. I highly recommend this nursery.

Little Rays Nursery Ballymena is a fabulous nursery. I have two children under the age of two at the nursery and they absolutely love it. The girls are absolutely fantastic, they can’t do enough to be helpful! They have been brilliant during these difficult times and are always willing to go the extra mile for the kids. The care and attention given by staff is fantastic. Our daughter could not be happier and is always keen to get to nursery for all the fun and games. Activities and learning opportunities are excellent.

My little girl (19 months) absolutely loves going to Little Rays. She talks about the children and staff outside of the hours that she attends and always tells me she is excited to go! It is clear at drop off and pick up that the staff know her well and it makes the day easier knowing that my child has developed such a bond with some of them as well as a bond with other children in the room. Throughout the settling in period, the staff were very mindful of my anxieties and handled me just right! (It wasn't just my girl they had to look after). The app on offer alongside the childcare is brilliant. Another example of how the nursery strives to keep the parents at ease as well as the children. As well as the superb team of childcarers, this daycare also offers a great range of activities and an excellent food menu throughout the day.

The staff are lovely and very friendly. I can see that my boy enjoys being there although he is very young. It's reassuring being able to have some insight of his day through the app, see his smile on the photos and the variety of activities and food available. They are also very informative if he gets hurt/sick during the day.

My little one has attended here since September 2019 and she has settled in really well. She greets the staff in the morning with outstretched arms and will happily go to them. The staff are great and provide a caring environment. The activities organised are fun, so much so that sometimes she doesn’t want to leave and it’s great seeing the pictures and updates throughout the day. Overall, I am very happy with Little Rays and would definitely recommend.

My son loves attending the nursery, a great bunch of girls and management couldn't be more helpful when we needed to increase days due to myself getting back to work. He always comes home with lots of stories of what he has been up to. Lots of great hearty meals and the place always looks clean and tidy.

My son loves attending the after school club, always lots of fun and messy activities for them to enjoy. All the staff are so friendly and, with all the covid regulations in place, I know my son is in a safe environment, hygiene is of highest standards and lots of info is placed on the app so I'm kept up to date. The app is also great for seeing photos of the days activities and what he has eaten throughout the day.

Excellent staff, the nursery is well kept and the children are extremely well looked after. There are loads of activities for the children and the online portal makes it very easy to keep track of our child’s day. We would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Great experience with this nursery so far. Accommodating when work schedule changed and needed additional days etc. Lovely staff and my little girl has come on well with her development and socialisation during these strange days. Very compliant with covid regulations etc which puts your mind at ease. Also great communication through updates during the day which is lovely to receive when in work.

We love that they use an app so that we can see the updates on what our son has been getting, what he has been eating and we live for the photo updates too they are the best and never fail to put a smile on our faces.
