Kiddieshack Private Nursery

I've been taking my grandson to Kiddieshack for a few months now. I've never experienced any issues with collecting or dropping off etc. In fact, I think being asked who you are etc is a good thing! There has however been quite a turnover of staff of late which gave cause for concern but this hasn't hindered the development of my grandson. He always looks forward to going and seeing all the staff and other kids. I believe it's now under new management and she appears to be very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and seems genuinely interested in the children and their needs. I have seen quite an improvement recently with the daily activities, snacks etc. So long may it continue to be on the up. I cannot fault this nursery in the slightest.

Apart from this, I'm not satisfied with the care my son receives. I made this very clear to the previous manager, and nothing has been done, hence why I have removed my son from Tuesday and now with a childminder.

It's hard to find the right words to explain how good the care at Kiddieshack Nursery is, lets start with outstanding, marvellous and wonderful. My wee girl has been cared for since January of this year. She has grown into a more confident girl with excellent communication skills. She has been reaching goals and excelling in all areas of her learning. It's actually been such a positive change in her development in such a short space of time really it is amazing. I's testament to the high-quality calibre of staff. The staff are just brilliant. You can approach anyone with a question and you can guarantee a truthful response. My wee girl adores her key worker, sometimes more than she likes me! Thats a good thing though! The manager I find to be so refreshing, a down-to-earth genuinely lovely lady. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to everyone. Your child will be well cared for, well-fed and loved. Something that I think is hard to find. The daily diary and updates are great too!

I see her thrive and I'm thankful for all the hard work, patience, and amazing care she gets!

Overall, I like the nursery and there are more good days than bad days.

My son has been attending this nursery since August 2021 and has always been well cared for. The staff are all very approachable and have a range of activities on offer for the children. Communication between staff and parents is helped by the daily completion of online diaries, where staff also regularly upload pictures and videos. My son has a good bond with several of the staff and he's happy when going/leaving nursery.

The staff are really good and encourage development within my girls. I do feel like the pre-school year could be a bit more educational. I feel like the staff are great at working towards goals with each individual.

I am really happy with Kiddieshack nursery. My son loves to go here and I have seen a massive improvement in his development, in his speech etc. Would recommend to anyone. I would ask that they update his journal more so I can see what he is up to on a daily basis but apart from that, great nursery.

Amazing, especially the manager. My child loves all his friends and the environment he is in. He has been attending Kiddieshack since he was a year old now 4 and has learned so much within the time he's been there, they have also been great with his needs and are fab at recognising the signs.

Kiddieshack is a safe and fun environment for all the children, every day they are trying out new things and expanding the little ones' imagination. The lunch menu is healthy and varied each day, and the open door policy is amazing for giving the kids independence to explore if they wish. The staff genuinely care and build great relationships with parents and kids. All the staff are pleasant and approachable.

Kiddieshack is a great nursery, the girls have great bonds with the children and my daughter is absolutely thriving there - thank you for everything you do girls, we can go to work safe in the knowledge that our daughter is safe, well looked after and having a ball with all the other children. Her speech is fantastic, she's slowly, at 3 years old, learning her letters and numbers and loving it!

I would 100% recommend this nursery.

I am more than happy with the care my son receives at Kiddieshack. He always comes out happy and has had a great day. My son had a significant speech delay when starting nursery in January and the amount he has improved in the time he has attended is amazing, I can only praise the staff for the time they put into each child. He is much more confident when trying to speak and the difference in seeing how he interacts with other children and participates in activities is great.

My son, now 26 months old, has been at Kiddieshack since August 2021. He loves the nursery and all the girls! His learning and development has exceeded my expectations and this is 99% down to the nursery staff who spend more time with him than I do! He has friends and socialises well. His eating habits are fantastic, with the various meals he is cooked weekly! I couldn't ask for a better nursery!

Amazing nursery, both of my kids have been there from they were 2 years old and has been the best thing for their first experience away from us. The staff are friendly and helpful and delightful. I am going to miss them as this is my son's last year. Thanks for everything Kiddieshack, you are the best nursery. Thanks for having us.

Amazing nursery! My wee boy has the best time and the girls are brilliant with him. He has come on so much from when he first started and is a lot more confident in himself. He loves his teachers and can’t wait to tell me everything he’s been doing once he comes home.

Kiddieshack Nursery has been amazing for my son, especially in current circumstances. They have handled everything so well and my son loves going in to nursery and has really blossomed by being in this environment.

Was very nervous putting my son into nursery. After reading reviews on social media, I chose the Kiddieshack and I’m so glad I did. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and loving towards the kids and I feel so at ease leaving him. Highly recommend this nursery.
