Definitely recommend Playbox nursery to others

Best decision ever to send our little one to Playbox Bronwydd. The staff are lovely and the setting with the big garden is great.

My daughter runs into the nursery with a big smile on her face and doesn’t look back, which lets me know she’s happy and settled at Playbox, and also reassures me when I leave her and have to go to work. Will be sad when she goes to school!

The staff are very welcoming to both parents and children and always inform parents how the little one’s day at nursery has gone. I can't praise all the ladies enough for their hard work! I have the comfort so much needed being back to a full-time job and my baby boy loves it too!

Both my daughter and son attend Playbox Bronwydd and they absolutely love it. My daughter has been transferred to Playbox Bronwydd from another setting after COVID closure and she has been with Playbox Bronwydd for almost two years. She met a lot of friends and friendly staff there. My boy started to attend when he was 20 weeks old and now he is 10-month-old. He loves the nursery food better than the food I cook! They are taken good care of and would definitely recommend.

Both my children have been lucky enough to go to Playbox Bronwydd. My eldest went from age 12-months to 4.5yrs and loved his time there. Now my 2nd child (3yrs old) goes and loves it. Even with the disruption, the pandemic caused, and the changes necessary to remain Covid safe, the staff have still managed to maintain a lovely, friendly, and fun environment. My 3 year old loves going and is often tired after a day of 'too much fun!'. He always tells me of the different activities they have done that day with no two days the same, and new themes each week/month. The meals are well varied, the garden space huge, and the admin and finance management from a parent's perspective is excellent. As a shift working family, their flexibility is also a huge bonus as our son doesn't go on the same days each week, which is very hard to find. An excellent nursery that I can happily recommend.

I can’t recommend Playbox Bronwydd enough if you’re looking for a caring, supportive and trustworthy nursery.

Amazing nursery both my grandchildren attended Playbox Bronwydd for over 2 years the staff treat the children like family the girls are always happy to go nursery They learnt a lot and their development was undoubtedly enhanced by attending Playbox.

We were all very sad when the girls had to leave to attend school. I would not hesitate in recommending Playbox to anyone.

My son has been attending since 2018 and still looks forward to attending on a weekly / daily basis. He thoroughly enjoys meeting all the staff and all his friends. The staff are amazing and friendly things are never too much trouble. Always plenty of games, books, toys and activities planned. Lovely variety of food. Would definitely recommend Playbox Bronwydd.

My son has been attending Playbox Bronwydd for the last 9 months, and he absolutely adores it. We moved from Scotland and he joined the nursery immediately, and they made the transition so easy for him. His development has come on hugely since starting, especially his speech, and when home he continually talks about the nursery staff and his friends. The ladies are always so friendly and the communication is excellent, so I feel that I always know what my son has been up to. They are always organising activities and have lots of outdoors time. I couldn't be happier with his care there.

My two children attended Playbox Bronwydd from 9 months to 4 years. All of the staff were absolutely brilliant and the quality of care fantastic. My children always skipped happily through the door which says it all really!

My 4-year-old has just finished attending Playbox Bronwydd since the age of 11 months and he is so sad to leave. He has had the loveliest time throughout his time at the nursery. He has enjoyed every group stage he has been in and loved every key worker he has had. All the staff go above and beyond to make sure every child is happy and has a safe, loving environment when in their care.

I am currently on maternity leave but with no hesitation, I would like my second little boy to also attend when I go back to work.

My son has just moved up to a big nursery and is settling in already. The staff seem to be very lovely and welcoming and he's already done lots of exciting new things. I like the garden and that they try and do some outdoor play whenever possible providing the waterproof suits to save the clothes. I think my son will be very happy here. We also enjoy the benefits of the flexible contracts available which suits our working pattern.

My son has been attending Playbox since he was 14-months-old. He absolutely loves all the activities provided and the garden space available. He goes on regular walks with the nursery too. He has amazing relationships with staff in both the nurseries. At the weekends, he always wants to go to nursery making me think; whose company he prefers. He has made so many great friendships throughout the nurseries, and I hope these continue when he leaves for school in September. He will be attending during half terms as well. With the flexibility the nursery offers really helps with a family on shift work, I can change his days weekly, which helps fit in around our home life well. The nursery also offers the 30hour childcare offer, which is an added bonus to us as a family. Thank you to all the staff for caring for my little boy so well. I recommend the nursery to my friends all the time.

My son attended here for nearly a year before moving on to school. It was a hard decision putting him in child care but the staff at Bronwydd Avenue made it easier to leave him. He absolutely loved going and the staff were very attentive. He came on so well within the time he was there with his confidence and speech improve. They also did their best to accommodate emergency days when needed. Would definitely recommend to others.

I cannot recommend Playbox enough. Split over two sites, each one caters perfectly for its age ranges with an amazing range of activities. My kids have made firm friends and always walk in with a smile in the morning and come skipping out, happy and well-fed at the end of the day. Amazing outdoor spaces and staff that genuinely care who I trust as much as I do my own family. cannot recommend enough, they also do tours which put my wife's mind at ease before we first left our children there. We are very glad we chose Playbox to care for our children - they are always flexible, always top tier and intend on keeping our little one there until she starts full-time school.
