Our one-year-old attended this nursery for nearly a year. It has an outstanding Ofsted rating but the service we received was not outstanding. The communication between the nursery and ourselves in our experience was not good and the management and staff were not easy to converse with. This resulted in us having to find alternative arrangements at short notice. I would not recommend it to other parents.
This parent visited the nursery twice. Once for one of the free taster sessions (initial look-around) and later on for an extra day when he picked up late at 6.05pm. We never actually charged them for that extra day. Our communication efforts go beyond the "call of duty" and include - a public...
My son spent 4 years at Strawberry How Nursery and has absolutely loved it. The staff are lovely, caring, enthusiastic and helpful and this is reflected in the children’s behaviour. Everything is done to such a high standard and he has thrived both socially and otherwise with all the activities on offer. Highly recommended.
