I could not rate Kids Planet Hollingarth more highly. The staff are a true asset to the company and demonstrate a genuine care, dedication, respect and understanding of the children in their care. The level of communication between the nursery and parents is fantastic. The activities and excursions are fun-filled, educational and inclusive. The meals are fun and nutritious and have seen my once picky eater try all different types of cuisine. The facilities and outdoor spaces are well thought out and used to their full potential. New toys, educational material and apparatus are regularly introduced to the children and my child's imagination has been encouraged to run wild with new activities. It has been a joy to watch my child thrive from the Baby room, right through to the pre-school room and with each transition, I worried that the next room wouldn't compare and each time I was proved wrong. My child is ready for school and my youngest already has their name down to join next year!

I joined Hollingarth Nursery in 1998 as an apprentice in the baby room and have been part of the nursery ever since. Over the past 27+ years, I’ve grown into my current management role, gaining a strong understanding of every stage of a child’s early years, from babies to confident preschoolers.
I am the nursery’s Designated Safeguarding Lead and hold Early Years Professional Status, alongside paediatric first aid and ongoing training to keep my knowledge up to date.
What I love most is building positive relationships with families and watching children grow in confidence, independence and curiosity. I’m incredibly proud of our team and the warm, nurturing environment we create for every child at Hollingarth.
