It was my son's first month here and I can say I am so happy with the nursery. The girls have been absolutely fantastic with my son. I know how challenging my son can be with food or even naps. Obviously, when he's somewhere that isn't home, he's an angel.

one and can't talk yet. He gets so happy when he sees the girls because he knows he's going to have such a lovely day.
Oh and from a parent's perspective, the girls don't mind if you ring up and check on your child.

I give the highest possible rating to the girls at West Park the care is outstanding. My little girl has shown such confidence since coming to nursery and genuinely loves going. The girls are so caring I feel like they really love my daughter and know her so well. I get kept up to date every day with
how she is doing and regular appointments with her key worker with everything explained in detail. I get to see all her activities on tapestry which I love. I was helped out so much with funding and everything got sorted for me which really helped me at a difficult time. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls they go above and beyond. If my little girl has been poorly they ring me at work to check in and let me know she is okay. All I can say is, I trust them to take care of the most important person in my life and they do a fantastic job. I think they are amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone.

My twin boys have been coming here since they were 10 months old they're nearly 3 now and we all absolutely love it here. The support we as a family have received especially in the last few months has been exceptional. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and can't speak highly enough of everybody
whos involved in the care of my children, especially as they need extra support. It's really helpful that there is a specific member of staff is always on hand as personal support to myself whenever I need a chat about the extra support my boys are receiving from outside professionals.
