My daughter has been at Ark Private Day Nursery since she was about 6 months and now she is three and a half years. She's doing really well and always happy, her development over the time there has been brilliant to watch. The staff are really friendly and really helpful, also fair price and very informative A*.

Overall Experience

My child has been with Ark Day Nursery for a year in April. The staff are amazing and very friendly, the manager is wonderful, she treats all her children as if they were her own, the time and effort the staff has put into my child, she has come so well since she started just want to say thank you for all your time and effort.

Overall Experience

My daughter started Ark nursery in Oct 2022, she settled so quickly and absolutely loves her time at nursery, all the staff are warm and friendly giving the nursery a nice homely feel. She is learning so much.

Overall Experience

Ark day nursery is such a great place for my children. The staff are so friendly and approachable and make you feel like your children are a part of one big family! My children love going to nursery and learning new skills. I want to thank everyone at Ark day nursery for helping my children develop and thrive each day. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for somewhere to send their child.

Highly experienced teachers, quick to help, excellent in signposting, a great help to parents especially those who have children with SEND. Expertly helped in completing the EHCP Process and made sure expert help was available for us.

Overall Experience

My little boy has been going to Ark since he was 6 months. He is now 28 months. He loves going and always comes home nattering about his friends, what he has done and the staff that are with him. The setting is lovely, homely and a good outdoor area. The staff there have helped my son learn and grow and they know his personality. They are all friendly, caring and I feel like they couldn't do any more for the children that go there. When we pick him up they give a rundown of his day and if he has done anything new. When he is at nursery he eats things that he refuses to touch at home. Simply put I don't think I could have found a better place to send him.

Overall Experience

Very happy with the level of detail in all aspects of the nursery. Friendly, approachable staff that are professional. Good variety of food/snacks and activities for my son. He settled in very quickly and I am very comfortable leaving my son there.

Overall Experience
We had previously used a different local nursery for our son but wanted something that was a little less regimented and willing to follow similar practices we already had in place at home. Ark have been perfect for this. A real home from home. Nice sized, cosy rooms that aren't too overwhelming for the babies with very experienced and friendly staff that have made our daughter feel safe and happy. They've been supportive of our wishes to follow baby led weaning and to use reusable nappies. We receive regular updates on her development and we are encouraged to input our own ideas for what milestones we'd like our daughter to work on next.
Our son uses the after school club 1 day a week, and he's always excited for Friday when he gets to go to it and see his friends.

I think they're wonderful value for money for the level of experience they have compared to other nurseries in the area.
