Carr Manor Nursery

Could not have found a better nursery and can't thank the staff enough for being so brilliant.

I honestly can't rate this nursery enough, they should be so so proud of themselves for the care they provide!

My little boy has come on so much since attending and his confidence has grown. They have different rooms such as soft play, a sensory room and a big outdoor area full of fun toys!

All staff are amazing, they go above and beyond for every child. Nothing is ever too much, they've supported us with lots of things and always give you time. My child has developed so much, personally, emotionally and socially over due to the compassionate and nurturing environment of the nursery. My child loves the nursery, talks about this nursery workers all the time when at home and goes in running and smiling and is always welcomed with a smile and a hug. Lots of lovely learning experiences provided, lots of outdoor opportunities.

My grandson of 18 months started at Carr Manor Nursery earlier in the year, initially apprehensive and shy, but after 2 sessions that changed. His face lights up and he is so excited to go in. He loves the staff, running in to get cuddles. He has come on so much learning lots of new skills, joining in and sharing. I can't praise the staff there enough.

I honestly couldn't of picked a better place for my son. After looking around all the local nurseries, Carr Manor was our favourite by a mile. Both me and my partner agreed we have picked the right place and the staff honestly couldn't do more for you. They made sure my son settled straight away, which takes all the worries away from us and he now runs in without looking back, which as a parent honestly is the best feeling and proves we picked the right nursery for our son. I would recommend to anyone who is looking!

Also like to add my son had several allergies when he started here and the staff and chef were just amazing! My son didn't miss out on any food or experiences due to his allergies. The inclusion made a difference so he could eat and enjoy food with his friends. I would recommend Carr Manor over and over it's the staff that makes you feel that your child is safe with them.

We are really thankfull with all the Carr Manor staff for making the nursery a pleasant place to be for our lovely 17 months old son. He enjoys himself a lot everyday he goes to nursery, learns something new every day but most especially, we know he’s really well looked after. Thank you very much to all of you for your help!

Both my sons have attended Carr Manor. My youngest is still there at the preschool. The nursery staff and management are amazing. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. I have never had any issues and both my sons have loved attending. The staff are always happy to discuss the different learning stages and what we can do to help at home with this progression. The activities are always fun and educational and they make sure there is outdoor time each day. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone - from babies all the way up to pre-school. Excellent nursery and staff.

My child started nursery at 9 months old and ever since she started she seems to be absolutely thriving. She goes in each day with a huge smile on her face and is welcomed by the happiest and cheeriest staff which makes dropping off a breeze. Staff always take their time to go through her day with me and always give me a detailed overview of her day which is always lovely. All staff are super friendly and my child loves each one. She loves going to Carr Manor and I’m so glad I chose this nursery for my child. They fulfil all her needs and more and she will continue her journey from the baby room till she leaves for school.

Our little girl started with Carr Manor in July/August 2023. The settling-in process and communication from staff since then have been nothing short of outstanding. They worked really hard to reassure us as parents and my little one was smiling her way into the nursery within a matter of days. The staff are always happy to see the children and have individual relationships with each child. It's really nice to see and very very reassuring as a parent.

I am a shift worker and their flexibility is fantastic. I highly recommend this nursery.

Carr Manor was great at helping my daughter settle into her new nursery, the space is large and facilities/activities are fit for each age group. They split the older and younger babies and I found this to be beneficial for my daughter’s development, she has come on loads since joining six months ago. The practitioners and key workers are lovely and I and my daughter felt comfortable with them from the beginning. I love how structured the development is for each child. The nursery has been very accommodating towards flexible days/sessions to work around our work schedules.

My daughter loves going to this nursery and has settled in really well. The staff are caring and have built strong relationships with her. Their ‘in the moment’ planning means children’s interests are catered for and their activities are engaging and stimulating. My daughter’s communication and social skills have improved dramatically since starting at Carr Manor. Thank you to all the staff for your time and effort looking after our children!

We could not be happier with Carr Manor Nursery. Our little boy has attended for over a year, since he was just 7 months old. The staff are all friendly and caring and provide a really welcoming environment. Our little boy has made really good relationships with the staff and other children and gets lots of opportunities for a variety of play and learning experiences. We would highly recommend it to our friends.

We have been so happy with our daughter's progress since she started at Carr Manor Nursery in January 2020. Our daughter is currently in the pre-school room and is really flourishing. She is starting to learn how to read, spell and even do sums thanks to the encouragement of the staff. One amazing thing the staff do is base activities around topics the children are interested in, for example, a lot of them love space so they’ve been learning all about the solar system and they’re also obsessed with a film so they worked together to produce an amazing piece of artwork of the main character in the film. Her key worker is incredible and they have a really close bond. She’s always thinking of different activities for her to do and that pushes her learning forwards. When I asked my daughter what her favourite thing about nursery is she said everything.

My son has only recently started here and he’s loving it. I was very nervous at first because he was settled at the old nursery but I’m very glad I’ve enrolled him at Carr Manor Nursery. The staff is brilliant and their flexibility is fantastic. Highly recommend.
