Kristaval Day Care

My daughter has been in babies and she absolutely loves most days going into nursery and seeing Adele, Bella and Liv! I know when I leave her for the day she is safe and well looked after. The communication with the nursery staff is amazing and I love I can look on the app to see what my daughter ate throughout the day, her progression in nursery and if her clothes have been changed etc is also a relief to see what she has been up to through the day.

We have had such a fantastic experience with Kristaval and the wonderful staff. Since starting nursery, we have seen such a lovely development in our little one's language, communication and play skills, and it has been amazing to watch him grow in confidence. One of the things I love most about Kristaval is how involved and engaged the staff are with the children. Whenever I arrive to collect him, the staff are always down on the children's level, playing, interacting and genuinely involved in their play. I also really value the opportunities they give me as a parent to watch my child from a distance as he plays and interacts with other children. This was actually one of the main reasons we chose this nursery. Being able to enter the nursery and see him in his natural environment, enjoying his play and building relationships with others, gives me such reassurance. They have a wonderful open door policy while still maintaining a safe and secure environment.

As a family, we are thrilled that we chose to have our daughter at Kristaval Day Care. She has loved it from day one, progressed more than we could have imagined and formed gorgeous friendships with children and adults within the setting. They have days out and lots of educational sessions throughout the week and our daughter skips in with excitement every time.The app they use is fab, with detailed descriptions of what your child has been up to. You can tell that the key workers and the office managers really get to know each child and monitor their progression and needs. I would also note that the meals are healthy and balanced and fruit/ plain yogurt is always the desert of choice which instills healthy habits for the little ones. We couldn't be happier!

My child has attended this nursery from August 2023 and loves it. The staff are all very friendly and supportive. It is a lovely nursery with a great environment, my daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since starting and all staff adhere to meeting all of her developmental needs.

Our son joined Kristaval in May 2026 after living in Australia. What could have been a difficult transition has instead been so easy because of the staff at Kristaval. They are all so approachable, friendly and caring. Our son has just moved up to preschool and again, it has been such a smooth transition which is all down to the staff. We love that the kids do so many activities, trips out and forest school and our son seems genuinely so happy to be there.

Kristaval was recommended to us by a parent at our older son's school and we are so glad that we listened to them!

A lovely nursery with caring and welcoming staff. My daughter has come on so much since attending this nursery and I believe the staff are their biggest asset. The facilities are great, my daughter is constantly learning new skills and doing new activities.

We have been so happy with this nursery, our daughter has just finished pre school and loved her time there, she made great friends and had a lovely relationship with all staff in pre school. Our son still attends and Really enjoys his time there. Staff are great and very accommodating and helpful!

So pleased with this nursery setting, my daughter started in baby room and took a little while to settle, the girls are so patient and loving which really put me at ease. They have been really good with her food allergies as well. She now loves her days at nursery and I can see the growth in her so much. The nursery has great communication. The staff are lovely.

Our little girl was diagnosed with epilepsy when she was 3 months old. For a long time we couldn't find a nursery that we would be comfortable sending her to. As soon as we got in touch with Kristaval that changed: their professionalism, thoroughness and caring natures shone through, and we knew they would take great care of our daughter. She's now been at Kristival for nearly 2 years, and absolutely loves it; her personality is shining through. All the staff show so much care to our daughter, and treat her like an individual, recognising what makes her happy, and making sure she's safe. We love how many activities and trips our she does, and she's always chatting about what she's been up to, what she's learned, and about her friends; and we've really seen how much she's developed. When she was diagnosed a couple of years ago, we couldn't have imagined that we'd be where we are now and it's testament to how amazing everyone at Kristaval is.

As a first-time mum, I was nervous about sending my daughter to nursery, but the staff have been amazing from day one. Both the baby room and now the toddler room keep me updated throughout the day, answer any questions I have, and always put my mind at ease. The biggest reassurance is that she goes in smiling and comes out smiling every day. It's clear she's happy, well cared for, and enjoys her time there. I couldn't ask for a better nursery and would highly recommend it!

Having your first child comes with so many decisions - and a lot of pressure to find the perfect nursery. We chose Kristaval as it came highly recommended and is right on our doorstep, but from day one they completely put us at ease. The smaller classes create a real family feel - I never worry about my little girl, and the way the staff talk about her is so warm and personal, it's clear they truly know and care about her. She's learned so much here, and it's been amazing to see her confidence grow. The communication through the app, the healthy meal updates, and the consistently kind and welcoming team make such a difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kristaval - I already have!

Our daughter has been with Kristaval since she was nine months old and we have been so impressed at how the staff have cared for her and encouraged her development at every step of the way. We get regular updates on what she is doing each day and clear information on how she is meeting her milestones. All the staff are warm and friendly and our child loves attending the nursery and chats about her teachers and friends at home. She loves going to nursery and will really miss everyone when she leaves this year.

Kristaval is an excellent nursery. I had heard lots of positive feedback from other parents whose children attend here so we felt like we were in safe hands. The nursery has a nice family feel to it, the management and staff who have dealt with our daughter in the toddler room are all excellent and extremely friendly. It took a good few weeks for our daughter to settle in but the staff went out of their way to make it easier for her and kept us fully informed of how she was doing. I was feeling a bit nervous about her starting originally but now we are so glad we did. We would recommend Kristival to any other parent.

The staff at Kristaval are fantastic. They are always so positive and clearly love the children they look after. We always look forward to hearing what they have to say about our kids, as it shows just how much attention they pay them both! Both of our children have benefitted hugely from their time at Kristaval, made lots of friends, and we'll be sad when the day comes to say goodbye. Our work schedule has changed so much over the last couple of years and Kristaval have accommodated every change we have made.

We decided to place our daughter in Kristaval after recommendations from several family members and friends. Our daughter was just 6 months old when she joined and we could not be happier with her nursery journey! Baby room and Toddlers were both fantastic with our daughter forming close bonds with all the staff and other children. She became so confident in herself with all the help from the girls in the rooms. The move to Totz seemed like it was going to be a big step up but all the lovely staff were so supportive to both her and us as parents. She has absolutely thrived in this room and we love hearing all about her day and what she has been learning and doing with her friends. The updates and assessments are fantastic and give you a clear picture of a day in their little lives at nursery. Jan, Paul, Emma and Robin are fantastic and I am so grateful for the work they have put in this past year! Angie and Meg know all the children and are always on hand for any questions. Recommend!

She's now in tots and loves it, she's made so many little friends. Staff are very attentive and caring towards every single child. They are taught all sorts and have lots of play and out door time. Also potty training, the staff have helped a lot. Can't say one bad word about Kristavel.

We're so happy with Kristaval for our daughter's childcare. We were nervous sending her away from us, but Kristaval's staff made us feel super welcome and safe to ask questions. Our daughter loves the staff, especially Ellie! And is excited to go into nursery in the mornings. Lovely environment, lovely team, thanks everyone there who works so hard to look after our daughter.

When I pick her up I can always see she's having a great time, and even after a few session she has settled in. I would highly recommend.

I can't fault this nursery at all. They are exceptional, the staff are kind and caring towards my daughter and the activities that they do every day are fulfilling and engaging for my child. This nursery has a proper family feel. My younger daughter will be coming in September and I'm really happy that we get to continue our journey with Kristaval.

Both of my children have gone to Kristaval and both have loved their time at the nursery. All the staff are amazing with the kids and some like Sarah, Paul, Sam and Hayley have been there since my little boy started the end of 2019. All the staff know the children so well and look after them as if they are their own. Even through COVID I was confident my son was being well looked after as one of the only babies attending. He still loves popping in to say hello now when we collect my daughter. Genuinely cannot fault the staff from management to the staff in each room.
