Busy Kids

My daughter started here and was settled in by a lovely staff member. On her first day the staff were both people I had never met before and my daughter was quite upset to be left at nursery due to this. She climbed back into her stroller and was left there and weed through her pull up and her pants were wet too. I complained about this and was told it was my daughter's fault for not interacting with staff or peers and for climbing into her stroller. I witnessed a little boy throw a cast iron object across the playground and he was told not to do that. I complained about the object being left out as it is unsafe and was told the boy has additional needs which is irrelevant as I was concerned for safety, not the boy's behaviour. When I collected my daughter I was told 'no phone call tomorrow' by a member of staff, which is bad. Of course, I will ring about my child. I again raised this issue with the owner and he lied and pretended he was present when the conversation took place and denied it.

I cannot fault the care my nephew receives.
