Stepping Stones Day Nursery

What a lovely nursery! The staff are incredible and the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. A perfect, nurturing environment for any child. They catered to my daughters multiple allergies and complex health needs leaving me feeling extremely confident, to leave her in their care.

This place has the personal touch of a childminder, the stability of early years setting and the comfort of a safe, warm friendly home. The staff genuinely care for your children. It's not just about Ofsted tick boxes or fees like with other settings I viewed. The staff manage to make learning fun and the children seem to absorb it in abundance. They teach in a really gentle way that makes it fun for the children. In the summer you won’t be picking clean kids up. They will be filthy, that's because they spend so much time outside playing, creating, learning and having fun. I personally think its fantastic. Plus they're super tired by the end of the night! The meals are all healthy, homemade and hearty. Roast chicken, fish pie, wraps, chicken kebabs, curry. Fruit every day. Would I recommend this place? YES! I viewed loads of settings in the area and this one stood out for their friendliness, eagerness, gentleness and calmness.

My daughter attended Stepping Stones day nursery and I took my son back there last year. He's been there for just over a year.

The staff are so lovely and friendly and you can tell they are mums themselves! They genuinely care for my boy and smother him with lots of love and attention.

It's a very home from home nursery which I love. I feel like the staff really know my boy inside out. I know when I leave him he will have lots of fun and be cared for. They communicate daily about what he has done and what he has eaten either verbally or via the online system.

They have also been very flexible too.

As a teacher myself, I am aware of what should be provided within the eyes setting I am more than happy with what Stepping Stones provide.

Very friendly and professional staff, with very creative activities every day. Very closely cooperate with parents to adopt child's daily routine. My 20-month-old daughter really enjoys her time at this nurse.

Your child is your number one priority and you need a team that will take huge care and attention of your precious child - the team at Stepping Stones nursery all look forward to taking care of your child. I used Stepping Stones nursery for a one week temporary contract of my five month old as I had an exhibition to attend at event city. I am so happy with the level of care and attention the team offered my son. In addition the team upload pictures and updates of my child development/activities/educational needs on a daily basis, so that I as the parent am not missing out, fantastic! Huge thanks to the team. I wish this nursery was in London. Brilliant.
