She has struggled with separation anxiety due to the pandemic and it has been an extremely difficult time for me and her. I can't thank and praise the staff enough for their commitment in supporting her needs. They have had some lovely ideas to help settle my daughter and encourage her to play, such as making her a mini mummy to play with her, books and a beautiful wooden spoon for her to find in the room. Four members of staff in particular, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am an anxious parent who has to call the nursery every day my daughter attends to see how she is doing and the staff always remain helpful and understanding. Thank you to another member of staff and the manager.

their time at the nursery and as parents we were always greeted by smiles when arriving to pick them up, making us smile! The staff are so friendly and chatty, making us feel comfortable and confident that the children are well looked after and cared for, our children speak highly of the staff and have fun with each one of them. As parents we have also enjoyed the opportunity to see what the children have been up to and see their developments through the app, its nice to see photos and updates. Whilst the twins have moved on to school and our youngest soon to start in September, I would highly recommend the nursery, it has provided the best start in life for them all.

They make the transition between preschool and reception amazingly smooth for the children and provide the best care for all the little ones. It’s a very spacey, open nursery with plenty of room for the children. They were fantastic through Covid-19 and have done a fabulous job of keeping all the children safe.

up, I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy transition, so Jack and Jills offered extra settling sessions to the next room and made the move happen smoothly for my daughter. Drop off can sometimes be tearful, but the staff in the room know what to do and are always on hand to make it a quick handover, the quicker I’m gone, the quicker she settles!

prepare for me leaving her for longer periods. They have spent time building her confidence in so many ways and she is so happy to be there.

The staff there are well trained and genuinely care for the children under their care. There are lots of improvements being made to continually build upon what can be offered. The addition of the Forest School is a prime example. The children are taught to take some responsibility such as getting their own breakfast and making appropriate choices which will stand them in good stead moving on with their education.

I would 100% recommend this nursery to any parent as it has been a joy to have my daughter there and see how happy she is.
