This is the second nursery my son has attended and I cannot recommend it enough. He has now been attending this nursery for a year now and his progress has been amazing.

All staff members are caring and supportive when help is required.

The outside space is great for the little ones and the

setting is amazing for a young, keen boy who admires horses so much.

The amount of different activities the children complete each day amazes me.

The food is homemade and seems to be enjoyed by all.

This is an amazing nursery and I wouldn’t want to place my children in a different setting.

My 8 1/2-month-old daughter attends Greenacres and is very settled. In agreement with the nursery manager, I booked an extended 'settling in' period before I returned to work in order to ensure that my daughter was familiar with the staff and the nursery. This worked brilliantly and the staff went
out of their way to reassure me that they would accommodate her routine and showed patience with me as I went through every detail of it! This process is standard for them in that they are sympathetic to the parent as well as the needs of the child and have compassionately identified that this is a stressful time for families. My daughter enjoys the healthy meals that are home cooked on site; she is encouraged to spend supervised time with older children for some activities in order to develop and I am treated with openness and warmth when I ask for feedback on how she has been on any given day. She loves it there. Thank you, Greenacres for all you do.

Our son attended Greenacres in the baby room from age 8 months to 19 months.

Greenacres stood out to us as a family orientated nursery - And the small baby room /rural setting and low staff turnover really appealed to us.

I was so nervous for our son to attend a nursery but the manager and her

team put myself and my husband at ease.

Greenacres has a fantastic garden and is in a quiet rural setting which was really important to us.

Communication was excellent with a daily log meaning I felt informed about his day.

Our son was always happy to go to nursery in the mornings toddling to the door and ringing the bell - usually not even glancing back which speaks volumes.

We went through quite a tough time with our sons Eczema and the Greenacres team played an integral role in keeping this under control with applying creams throughout the day as required and feeding back any concern.

I would not hesitate to send my son or his new sister to Greenacres in the futures. :-)

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough, the setting and surroundings are set within beautiful views over a farm. Such a lovely place to bring your small ones. The nursery itself is spacious and a home from home environment, lots of things for your children to do and play with and plenty of outside
space. Even the local farmer is well known by all of the children.

I was recommended this nursery and my son spent over 3 years there. I've seen him develop over the years through being at this wonderful nursery. The staff are attentive, supportive, polite and have been so loving towards my son.

It was sad for us parents when we had to say goodbye to the manager and the wonderful team at Greenacres. I am so thankful for all the support and care you have given my son over the years.

Would highly recommend to anyone I know looking for childcare.

Thank you for your lovely comments, it truly was a pleasure. It's always sad when children leave for big school but we have been happy to help in this process :-)

My son just left Greenacres for school having attended since just before his 2nd birthday. My 1 yr old daughter has just started.
Greenacres is a small nursery in a beautiful rural location, surrounded by farms and riding stables, it is an idyllic setting for children to grow and learn.
The standard
of care is outstanding and as it is a small nursery all the staff were involved with my children's care resulting in a family feel, unlike larger nurseries where a child is just one of many.
My son has recently begun school, an easy transition thanks to Greenacres preparing him brilliantly.
My daughter has settled quickly and easily into her new routine in the baby room. She regularly interacts with the older children which have helped with her development.
Staff are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

Greenacres Day Nursery is a beautifully located day nursery with a warm and welcoming team of staff offering inspiring play and learning. We have had two sons here and my eldest has just left to go to school. I feel that he is better prepared and equipped for 'big school' now, after 7 months with the
team at Greenacres. My youngest continues to attend and is so happy here. All the staff go above and beyond to ensure that children are happy, safe and inspired. The location of the nursery is superb as it is surrounded by fields, the boys loved watching the tractors and horses going by. The garden is wonderful and has a range of fun toys as well as the beautiful weeping willow tree dens, for picnics and stories. Inside there is a range of different rooms kitted out for different purposes; the 'home' room, the book corner etc. The staff are just wonderful, so dedicated and professional and at the same time very warm. This is a hidden gem of a nursery and I'm so lucky to have found it!

My daughter has had the most fantastic year at Greenacres nursery and I am very sad to have to move her on to preschool! The staff are caring and attentive and I had no worries leaving my child in their care.

Greenacres is a lovely nursery surrounded by green fields and fresh air. The outside space

is absolutely fantastic, and very unusual compared to other nurseries, so if your little one loves the great outdoors this is the perfect setting for them. Having said that, there are lots of indoor activities as well to keep them entertained including arts and crafts.

I would have no second thoughts on recommending the nursery to other parents, and would strongly urge them to take a visit to see the fantastic setting.
