Kiddycare Nursery Melton Road

My son has been going since he turned 3 and has always enjoyed his time there. He has built a great relationship with his key worker kirsty and has made great progress. My youngest now goes to the nursery and is settling in well too!

Staff are approachable. They celebrate festival from all religion. Multicultural nursery and good learning for children. Sometimes events are inform a day before e.g. photography session for children. It would be nice if parents can know this at least 3-4 weeks before so parents can take leave from work if needed.

Since I took my child to the nursery for a show around, I've been greeted with nothing but positivity from every member I've encouraged in this setting. Vicky is an amazing branch manager, always involved with the kids and parents and brings such light into the nursery! Kirsty is amazing with my eldest, he adores her and she's so attentive to the kids and with my youngest I was nervous about him starting nursery but Medina and Andrea have been wonderful making sure he's settled and making sure I'm not panicking about him. The best setting for children in this area hands down!

All 3 of my children have been to Kiddicare nursery. My oldest is autistic and Kiddicare provided the right foundation for him. My second started early around 6 months cause I was working then really really happy with how they managed her. And now my youngest has started this September. Very grateful for the staff and extremely happy with the their work ethics. Would recommend to everyone

Overall, we're very happy with the Kiddycare nursery and grateful to the team for the time, patience and care they show the children. I would happily recommend the nursery to other families looking for a caring and supportive environment for their little ones.

I honestly couldn't recommend Kiddy Care enough! I've visited other nurseries, but none compare. The vibe I get from this nursery is absolutely amazing. I trust them with my child with my eyes closed. The staff treat every child like their own, and it's lovely to see how happy my child is there. I love the regular updates and pictures through the app, which give me so much peace of mind. A special thank you to Vicky and all the wonderful staff for their love, care and dedication. I'm so grateful I chose Kiddy Care - I truly couldn't have made a better choice!

Great staff, looks after our son very well. He spends monday through to wednesday at the nursery. We get consistant updates from them regarding our son on their app. Also they are really creative with different events/things they do they host which in turn helps educate little ones about festivals, and more.

Since staring my children at this nursery in 2023 we have been treated with nothing but kindness, every staff member makes my children feel included and goes above and beyond for them. Every event gets recorded and relayed back to me at the end of the day. Small grazes, how much they ate, what they did today, what they enjoyed doing. The key person remembers and relays this information with incredible accuracy. They become the 3rd parent. To the point my youngest calls his key person Zainab Didi. They celebrate every milestone with us and know about my children as much as I do. Not only that they have helped me start potty training or how to discipline when my kids make a mistake. They have a nice outside area for fresh air and every meal is different (English and Indian) and always nutritious. Kiddy care Melton roads USP is the staff, especially Vicky.

My daughter loves going to nursery and the staff are really good with her. Her development is a bit slow, but since she started nursery I have noticed a difference in her. She is making progress in her own way, and I am happy to see her improving. I am grateful for the support the staff give her.

I am very happy with the care provided at Kiddy Care. The staff are friendly, caring, and supportive. They make sure the children feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I appreciate their hard work and the attention they give to each child.

Before our son joined Kiddicare, we went to several other nurseries and they just did not feel the right fit for him, it was either the environment or the staff not being approachable. However, we stumbled across Kiddicare and it was the best decision we made and it was all thanks to Vicki at the Melton Road branch on arrival she gave us the warmest greeting and biggest smile it felt like we knew her for years, we clicked straight away and she was extremely helpful and informative with any questions we had and she made sure we were happy, We saw how passionate she is in providing the best care for the children and we knew this was the right place to send our son. We heard many comments about this particular branch and people speaking highly of Vicki and her team, thanks to the amount of effort Vicki and her team have put in my son has become such a clever and educated young boy and he has learnt so much, Vicki is a valuable asset to Kiddicare.

They are so good at getting my son in especially after a holiday. They tell him what he will be doing for the day. My daughter left two years ago and talks about Ms Jenny still. Also Ms K was my son older worker she was excellent. And his other worker Kirsty are amazing, they work well as a team. The manager Vicki is excellent supportive team. Never had any issues great team all around.

Kiddycare Nursery is a good nursery. All the staff members and management are experienced and they work very hard. My sons are happy in that nursery and I am also happy.

I like the nurseries facilities and they are very good in activities. I also like how they are teaching our child. My child is learning everything and understands easily. My child is very happy that's why I like this nursery.
