The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs and I'm happy my daughter is loving it!

I have two children currently at Kids Planet, one in pre school, one in the baby room. Both of them settled in really well when they started at a year old and the bond they formed with their key person showed the high level of care and attention they receive. As my daughter has progressed through the rooms she has always bonded with the staff and it's lovely to hear her talk about her day when she comes home. My daughter has really enjoyed the udeskole side of learning/play and it has definitely helped her confidence in outdoor play. I'm really looking forward to seeing my son develop and grow with the help of kids planet.

My child really enjoys attending this nursery, the staff are super friendly and make him and myself feel welcome. The daily feedback is great, and they put up photos and observations which is great to see.

I couldn't be happier with our experience at Kids planet. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. My child grew so much in confidence, independence, and social skills whilst at this nursery.

Both inside and outside space is inviting.

Communication with parents is excellent too - we always know what our child is learning and how they're doing. It was comforting to know our little one was in such safe and loving hands every day.

Fantastic nursery, 2 of our children have now been here. Always very welcoming you feel comfortable leaving your child here for a long day. Staff are and always have been supportive and friendly. Both our children have loved being here, our daughter had dietary restrictions which were catered for no problem. Couldn't ask for a better nursery. Highly recommended

Our son has been at this nursery since he was in the baby room. Whilst the nursery has been through a number of changes, the latter changes and new management have definitely been positive. There are a number of staff in the preschool room that my son adores and they make me feel at ease when he comes to nursery.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. They have a great outdoor space with lots of new things to teach them, skills, and safety. Also, have lots of different activities to do indoors. They give you a full rundown of the day they've had, meals naps, etc. Fantastic nursery and glad my son gets to experience going here.

Both my son and daughter have attended here since they were 10 months, my son is currently in pre-school and my daughter is in babies, both settled in well and have a good relationship with their key workers and other staff, they are comfortable expressing their needs and I'm reassured that their needs are always met. The building is a clean and welcoming place and there is a good variety of toys and activities for the children to choose from in each room. I love that there is a good and increasing focus on outdoor time for all the age groups, my son in particular will excitedly recount things they've got up to outside. I feel the staff know my children well, the communication is really good and I feel informed on what stage both my children are at. I get a detailed report at the end of each day with food eaten, naps, nappies, any accidents/incidents and general behaviour throughout the day.

This is an excellent nursery, my son really gets on with the staff there, and they cater to his needs very well. He is always tired after a fun day, full of activities and great homemade food. He started in August and settled in very quickly mostly due to the great staff.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was a baby, I cannot fault the team there. Especially since turning to Kids Planet. They maintain a fun yet safe environment where development is truly encouraged. My daughter has a dairy intolerance and her dietary requirements a met extremely well, they don't just pass her of with very basic food but instead make sure she has a healthy, delicious and interesting alternative which you can tell has had serious thoughts put into it. All the staff are friendly and give you a full rundown of your child's day when it comes to home time.

This is a lovely little nursery with a family feel to it. It is run by an excellent manager who is passionate about the children, their progress, and ensuring it's a safe, clean and fun environment. Every single one of the staff members is warm and welcoming and my daughter loves attending. I love the fact that they are promoting outdoor play, as I believe outdoor play has such a positive impact on a child's mental and physical wellbeing. It is very clear when I collect my daughter that she has been cared for, nurtured, and most importantly has had hours of fun! I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone and firmly believe any child would thrive here.

The staff are always very accommodating. My son is potty trained at home but distracted at nursery, the staff are very good at helping him to recognise signs that he needs to go to the toilet. My son loves the outdoor space and there is a lot to choose from. Every member of staff has taken the time to get to know my son. The nursery itself is very secure to enter the building the staff must verify who you are. At the end of the day you get a staff member taking time to inform you what your child has had to eat which is great.

My only improvement: although we have a day-to-day update on our son's day, I would like to see more of a progression in terms of learning i.e. a parents' evening, if it was once a year or something around how he is meeting his milestones. I don't feel as his parents we know how he is developing in his areas and I would welcome that. The parental portal is a nice thoughtful screenshot of his time in the nursery.

My son has been attending the nursery for around a year now and we are delighted by his development in this time. There were a few little issues during the early stages but these were dealt with very quickly by the staff with excellent communication with ourselves throughout. All the staff are supportive and give us advice on the varying stages of toddler life as well as reassuring us at times. My son has developed a great bond with the staff and other children, while also developing greatly himself throughout the time he has been attending. He enjoys going to nursery and that is a big win for us. He is well looked after and the food options are nutritional and plentiful. We would definitely recommend Kingfisher and thank you to everyone there. Thank you.

My twins have now been attending Kingfisher Day Nursery for 3 months. They enjoy all the time they spent there, they always smile when we arrive and are so happy to go inside and see everyone. Everyday I receive a detailed report when I collect them and are fully informed about their day.
