Albert House Day Nursery

I am so happy that I sent my little boy to this nursery they take amazing care of him and he loves going. He’s never left me so I was worried about him being too upset but he’s not bothered about leaving me. He loves playing with all his new friends.

I'm so happy that my daughter has a place at this nursery. The staff are so welcoming and my daughter loves her nursery days. It's easy to see the bond that she has with her key worker and how much fun she has on those days. She also always has a good home-cooked lunch at nursery. There is always a lot of effort put into the topics each week and even the smaller children take part. Lovely nursery.

From the many nurseries I looked at - Albert House just blew me away from the look around! The whole place is absolutely stunning, clean, and engaging for the children! My child would not go to anyone other than immediate family so when we looked around and he instantly warmed to the staff, I knew we had found the nursery for us! From his visits through to his now second week, the care and support has been at another level. The staff have listened and acknowledged everything I have said, nothing is too much trouble! I am fully informed of his day and how he has been. He comes home and happily tells me everything he’s been doing and he absolutely loves the staff there. Everybody who meets him now knows who his favourite staff member is! I was really worried I wouldn't find a place I fully trusted, but I can absolutely say Albert House was the very best decision I’ve made for my child and for us as a family! I already told everyone about the nursery. Very highly recommended! Thank you so much!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since 6 months of age. The nursery staff have been kind and welcoming throughout our entire time. The daily feedback is great, and appreciated with a young baby. The variety of activities is brilliant, along with the wonderful outside area where during the summer I often pick my daughter up, and can see her enjoying the options of play available. I’ve never had any issues since my daughter attended the nursery, and I’m very thankful that we chose this nursery for her to enjoy!

My daughter attended Albert House Day Nursery for 4 years. The team have been supportive every step of the way helping her grow and learn in readiness for school. The nursery offers lots of opportunities and enrichment for the children with exciting themes each week, regular outings and visits from people such as the farm on wheels. The team go above and beyond to create really special memories for the children and I'm so pleased we chose them.

We could not ask for a better nursery to send our little girl. She loves going and talks about nursery on the days she isn't there and all the friends she's made. She started at 9 months old and we increased the days as she got so much from going. The staff are lovely and friendly and the communication we receive is second to none, ranging from her progress to day to day activities. The range of activities that the nursery provide is excellent. We as a family cannot recommend this nursery highly enough, thank you for everything you do!

Albert House Day Nursery are an incredible nursery, my 1st son settled straight in at 9 months old and continues to develop, learn, play and love the staff, and his time there nearly 2 years on. The staff keep you updated on your child's progress, and daily routine and activities undertaken and go above and beyond to support and guide you with anything whilst at home. The weekly activities they put on/do for the children are creative and engaging, and the nursery and surroundings are equipt with a mass of play areas, toys, learning corners and outdoor play, the children are spoilt for choice and their individual likes are catered for. Specifically, home learning links are encouraged and we love doing these as a family at home (like growing sunflowers, and all about me craft work). Special thanks to his key worker who has a lovely connection with our son, she is excellent and so patient with him and he adores her. The staff are a credit to the nursery, so thank you for all you do.

This is such an amazing nursery. Nothing is too much and they have always kept us up to date with our child's progress. I suppose the one improvement could be a move over to a digital platform so we could see the ELG and pictures throughout the day - but I know this was/is in the pipeline. Keep being amazing!
