St John's Nursery

My daughter attends St John’s Nursery, and the support we get is fantastic. My daughter has come along leaps and bounds. There are regular updates throughout the day via pictures, and I am very comfortable that her needs are being met within the setting.

I really wouldn't send my children anywhere else! Even before my son started, the staff were welcoming and friendly. I felt so confident and happy to leave my child here for the first time I was never worried. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for both of my children. They have brought out the best in them. Everyone is so understanding and supportive. My children have always come out at the end of the day full of joy and excitement, telling me all about the things they have been up to.

My son has been coming to this nursery for a few months now, and I was really nervous at first as he has never been away from me before. I felt so reassured from the very first day, and the ladies here are so lovely that we've never had any tears, and he is so happy to go. In fact, every morning when I tell him it's nursery today, he is ushering me out the door and is eager to get his shoes on. He always has such a big smile on his face when he arrives. His talking has come on leaps and bounds, and he benefits so much from coming here. I always get amazing feedback about what he's done and how he did with his lunch etc, and I love the photos uploaded to his app account. Thank you for taking such good care of him when he is with you and making it so enjoyable for him. I would definitely highly recommend this setting!

Since my son first started at this nursery, he has absolutely come on leaps and bounds in confidence. He adores all the staff and is always so excited to see them, and it’s always reciprocated, which is so so lovely. I will be recommending this nursery to everyone; he really does have the best time, and I love seeing what they have been doing with all the updates that we get - fantastic!

I will always be so, so grateful to the magnificent staff of St John's nursery. They're truly all angels.

The ladies all greet my little girl with a big smiles, and they are all so friendly and genuine; they are such a bunch of amazing ladies.

St John’s is a brilliant nursery. All the staff are brilliant with the children, and there are always different activities every day. My little girl has settled in very quickly and loves going on her days. My son also attended this nursery before going to primary school and loved it also; they picked up very quickly that he has a speech problem and got speech and language one-to-one arranged straight away, which he is still under now. Such a lovely environment and lovely staff.

St John's Nursery is the best! My son absolutely loves it there and has progressed well since starting his first day in April 2020. The support my son has received has been outstanding. I can't thank all the St John's staff enough. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Due to the location where I live, I could have moved my son to a different nursery; however, I am more than happy to travel if it means he gets to stay at St John's, where he is very happy and settled. All the staff have become more like family to me and my son, and they are not only there for the children but for the parents too. They are all amazing. I highly recommend this nursery.

We have recently moved from Scotland, and St John’s Nursery was recommended to me by a family member. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and very approachable. My son loves going to nursery and always comes home with paintings, drawings and cakes. The staff are very good at keeping me updated via the online app with photos of the activities my son has participated in during the day. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a placement for their child.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough. My parents were my childcare, and both became quite poorly, meaning they couldn’t look after my two-year-old daughter, and I needed to find a nursery quite quickly. Having no experience of nurseries, I felt anxious about making such a big decision. St John’s was recommended to me by a friend, so we arranged to go and meet with the nursery manager. My daughter did a taster session and got on great. She enjoyed it that much, we started her straight away on two full days (9-3). A year later, she does full days, Monday-Friday. The nursery has gone above and beyond with helping my daughter. My daughter is currently having speech and language therapy, and the nursery is so supportive. All the staff are so kind, genuine and caring. My daughter loves them all. They have also been there for me as a parent when I needed a chat. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. My newborn will definitely be applying for a space when he is ready for nursery.

I highly recommend St John's Nursery and its team. I'm going to be so sad to see the boys move on, but can't thank them all enough for setting them up for their next chapter in their school life.

There are extra events. We enjoyed the Xmas play, seeing all the children coming together.

My son has been here for two years. They are the kindest and most caring professionals that look after him and always have time to listen to us, parents. Nothing is too much trouble, and each child is treated as an individual. I will be gutted when he has to leave for school this summer. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

I have been with this nursery for five years plus with four of my children - one still remaining there and one due next year. There amazing, always doing lots of different activities and crafts. A good variety of snacks, really good hygiene, and so good with all the children regarding their needs. This nursery can meet - it's 100% the best nursery in Heath Hayes, Cannock, Burntwood and surrounding areas. A big well done, girls; you are doing amazing.

Both of my girls have attended St John's Nursery. The staff here are brilliant role models to the children and build a great bond with them. They are very open and welcoming towards parents too, and when they say their door is always open, that really is the case. There are always updates on all the fun things they have been doing. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My child has been there longer than most normally are, he has autism, but the ladies have always gone above and beyond to help him educationally and help me also. I 100% would recommend it. Everyone is treated equally. Art comes home too.
