Little Owl Childcare, Cannock

My child first started at Little Owls before their first birthday, took a short break at the end of 2025 and we were lucky enough to get them a place to rejoin this Spring. We've always had a positive experience with Little Owls; feel listened to and respected by Management if we have had to raise anything, and my child has been well cared for by the staff who work at the setting. They have formed close bonds to workers, made longstanding friendships and been given lots of different learning and play opportunities. I would recommend Little Owls.

Great experience - my boy has always loved the nursery. Some recent updates too & it's made a huge difference the rooms look great. Staff are always friendly and polite. The app is really useful too. Always had a positive experience.

Communication is excellent and we can relax knowing that they have all situations covered and our girl is safe and happy when in their care.

If I could leave her here until she was 18 I would. It is a lovely, safe setting to send your child too.

Overall an absolute phenomenal nursery!

Little Owl Childcare has been absolutely amazing in looking after my son Kobe. He has been here since a young baby and has thrived in the setting. The staff are extremely caring and it feels like a proper family there. The support for us parents has also been exceptional. Thank you so much!

My daughter has loved it at Little Owl for the last two and a half years and I think she'll be sad to leave when she starts school, although she is very ready for it thanks to Little Owl!

Both my children attended Little Owls from age 1 to school and the impact on both my children's development, learning and confidence has been incredible. I couldn't imagine anyone else looking after our children as well as with The Little Owls team.

I was apprehensive to send my daughter to nursery but Little Owls put my mind at ease from day one. They update the app regularly to inform us of the activities, food, changes and sleep our daughter has. They also post pictures which is great to see. All staff members are lovely to speak to and willing to help. They have great policies in place and like to promote positive relationships between nursery and home.

My daughter started Little Owl in her baby room after an awful experience with a childminder. The staff helped her settle and made her feel at ease. They always go the extra mile with care and activities. She has never cried when I drop her off. Staff always seem so happy. I cannot recommend Little Owl enough, we will be sad to leave in September, they have been like a little family to us all. Thank you all so much for all your hard work!

Staff are very warm and welcoming on arrival and pick-up. My son always comes out happy with a big smile, he has always been eager to go in on arrival which is reassuring. Daily updates on food, toileting and napping is great to be able to check on his day regularly and with ease. Daily pictures are lovely to see him and his friends playing and exploring together.

Excellent nursery, my child has thrived at Little Owls. All of the team are wonderful, warm and welcoming. I was particularly impressed by the way the nursery management handled the Covid pandemic. Would highly recommend Little Owls.

At Little Owl, it is a lovely setting where my children have settled so well. The staff are so warm, kind caring and they go above and beyond. I feel at ease when my children are in their care, and I can relax knowing they are being cared for. It took me a while to find the perfect nursery for my children but when I found Little Owl I just knew it was the right place for them. The managers are so caring and I see them as part of my children's journey, after all, they have helped them to flourish into who they are today.
