Kirsty's Little Treasures - Redbrick House

My birthday is 13th November. I have been in childcare for over 20 years, starting as a student in college and working my way up to where I am today. I am very passionate about bringing out the best within the children and staff I work with. My favourite colour is purple, and my favourite food is spaghetti bolognese! I am married to Kyle and have 2 children, Kole and Kiera and 2 stepchildren, Sophie and Isabelle. I also have a dog called Woody! In my spare time (if I get any!) I love walking, reading and going out for lovely meals! Interesting fact about me: as a youth, I held a black belt in ju-jitsu and was a national champion. I won lots of trophies - you never know, I may take it up again one day! I love any sort of music and really like to dance! My favourite nursery rhyme is ‘If You’re Happy and You Know It’, and I love to dance and sing with the children!

I am Kirsty’s husband. I am the Associate Director of KLT’s, and I am responsible for all Health and Safety related issues as well as general ‘dogs’ body!’ I also provide Health and Safety training to all of the staff. I served in the Royal Air Force for 22 years, and now I do a lot of voluntary work for the Royal British Legion. I have 4 children, Sophie, Isabelle, Kole and Kiera. I love animals and have in the past kept a variety of different pets, ranging from 2-inch stick insects to 5-foot lizards and a snake! My favourite part of KLT is seeing the children develop over the time that they are with us, and the sense of achievement that it gives to all the staff.

I live with my husband and little boy, Harrison. I love to spend time with my family and friends. In my spare time, I like to go out for tasty food and days out with my family. I used to enjoy playing football in my early years and aspired to be a footballer; however, my passion changed to working with young children. My favourite colour is purple, and my favourite foods are pasta and pizza! I love to see the children achieve their potentials and knowing that I have been a part of them doing so is what I find extremely rewarding. I also have a level 3 in management and leadership.

My birthday is 2nd February. I have over 15 years of experience working in childcare. I am very passionate about my job; I enjoy working in childcare to encourage children to develop at their own pace. I am married to Craig, and we have 2 daughters, Matilda and Margot! I have a big family and love spending time with all my nieces and nephews.

In my free time, I love playing on the Xbox, internet bingo, shopping and watching soppy films. I also have a level 2 qualification in management.

My Birthday is the 26th May. Although my background is in catering, I decided I wanted a change of career and working with children is where my heart truly lies. I live with my husband and our daughter, Elladee. My favourite colour is purple, and my favourite food is sausages.

In my spare time, I love to dance. I took my first dance lesson aged 4 and have been dancing ever since. I love to see children achieve their potential and find it really rewarding knowing that I have been a part of their journey and successes.

My birthday is the 20th of June. I have 3 brothers and 1 sister, a cat called Treacle. My favourite colour is blue, and I love dancing. I have been dancing since I was 3 years old.

In my spare time, I love watching Disney movies, which always involves a huge tub of popcorn! I am level 3 qualified and am very passionate about bringing out the best in the children’s abilities, and will always encourage them to be proud of everything that they do and achieve through play and learning.

My birthday is the 11th of February. I have 1 dog and 2 cats. My favourite food is pasta! I started working with children in my local gymnastics club, helping develop new skills. I then carried on working with children at college. My favourite chocolate is Twirl Bites, but sweets are a close second, and my favourite colour is pink.

I am 30 years old, my birthday is 17th June. This is my first role within a nursery. Before this, I taught in primary education. I am a qualified primary teacher and a qualified dance teacher. I love to be a part of children’s development, seeing them achieve their next steps is so rewarding. I enjoy going on holiday and travelling to new places. One of my favourite places I’ve been is Italy because I love pizza and pasta! I enjoy going on walks in my spare time, meeting up with friends and going out for meals. When I was younger, I completed across the UK dancing for 11 years! I won lots of trophies. If music is playing, you will find me dancing to it!

My birthday is 25th June. I am an early years apprentice working towards my level 2. I have two adorable nephews, ages 9 & 3. I am very passionate about this job role as I want to see the children make massive stones in their childhood. My fave colour is blue, and my fave food is either Chinese or steak!! I am a rollercoaster fanatic, I love Alton Towers and given any chance, I’m there! I love jetting off on holiday and sunbathing. Even though I burn the second I’m in the sun! My favourite nursery rhyme is Wheels on the bus and I love to act silly and make children laugh!

My birthday is the 7th of March. I have experience in childcare as well as working with the elderly. I have a son called Harley and a daughter called Harper, whom I love spending time with.

In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with my friends and spending time with my family. My favourite food is an Indian takeaway! I enjoy working with children and helping them to grow and develop. I also enjoy giving them lots of snuggles and cuddles!

My birthday is 26th February. I have 2 children, Dan and Melissa, who I am very proud of. I have 5 grandchildren whom I have helped to look after for the last 15 years, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. My favourite colour is purple, and my favourite food is Lasagne.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking, reading and cooking, especially with the children. I love any kind of music and love to dance.

My favourite nursery rhyme is ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’.

I have 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. I have 5 beautiful grandchildren, who are 4 boys and 1 girl. They range from between the ages of 10 months to 12 years. I have a dog called Poppy. I like to read, go for walks, spend time with my grandchildren and go to the theatre. I enjoy spending time in my garden and trying to make it look nice for when we have family get-togethers.

I have very recently turned the big 60! Or not…As I keep telling everyone, it was only my 21st! I am a qualified chef and have completed my NVQ level 3 in supervisory hospitality management. I was a mobile catering supervisor for Warwickshire County Caterers for 13 years. This involved going around school kitchens and managingthe Alcester Grammar School kitchen. My passion is interacting with the children and doing special theme days with whatever the children are being taught in class.

My name is Gemma, I am level 3 qualified and have worked in childcare for 18 years. I have really enjoyed my journey so far, making my biggest achievements on the way. I am KLTs new SENCO. My favourite colour is purple, and my favourite food is a chicken tikka curry. I am engaged to my partner Chris and have 3 beautiful children, Ethan-Lee, Amy and Cody. I have a dog called Rosa and 2 cats called Katie and Milo. I am very family-oriented.

I love spending time with them and going out doing various activities/trips. I also love playing games! I enjoy listening to music and singing.
