My daughter has been at Fairfield for a year. The staff are so welcoming to both parents and children and it is easy to address any queries or questions about my daughter's day to day learning. I have a very good experience. Thank you so much for all of your efforts.

Best nursery I could have sent my two kids to. All the staff are so kind and caring not only to the kids but parents too, so much support is given at this nursery. It really is like one big family, couldn't recommend it more. Definitely the best nursery in Worcester.

Amazing nursery. They have gone above and beyond with my son. Having a child with a developmental delay is so daunting as a parent and Fairfield have made me and my son feel at ease within the nursery and at home. The help they have provided has put so much confidence into my son and me. Not knowing where to start with getting help they have been there to start this journey and are always on the other end of the phone to help with any questions. The staff are amazing and friendly. Highly recommended

My daughter has been there since she was a baby in 2018. During this time the staff there have helped not only her but me adjust to her development. Keeping me up to date daily on what she had been up to and any issues they had. It was great knowing that they were there for her. I have already recommended this nursery to other mums and dads looking for a great place to send their children. They have made great use of the limited outside area they have and my daughter was always excited to go outside at nursery. The staff were understanding and empathetic, especially during covid and lockdown. And in general, if you had a question they were more than willing to find the answer. Great place and great staff.

She was bum shuffling as her way of trying to get around, before we knew it we were being told she was cruising around furniture and then was taking her first steps! Everyone at Fairfield Day nursery is amazing and is incredible with our baby girl, she has come along leaps and bounds since starting. When looking on the tapestry we are always amazed by all the various activities they do with her as some of the things I would never have thought of doing! Highly recommend this nursery, we looked at other places prior but as soon as we walked in we knew it was the one, so clean and had a great atmosphere, a hidden gem.

My daughter attended here from 2012 to 2015. She was shy and struggled with transitions however I cannot praise the staff enough for how they encouraged her and made her feel settled. A very energetic and caring team who always seemed to really know the children they were looking after. They could always fill me in with details of the day and communication between staff and home was excellent. They were sensitive to my child's needs and struggles and responded appropriately with patience and kindness. I have already recommended this nursery to my friends, some of their children now attend. Only slightly negative point was the limited outdoor space and trips out, however the space they have is utilised greatly. Children were involved in outdoor activities everyday. This nursery was the only place I looked around who wanted to get to know my child first.
