My daughter started at the nursery at 9 months old, she has blossomed and grown so well with the help of the staff. They are attentive, supportive and so friendly. They have helped her confidence, social skills and we are so happy with the progress she makes. We have no worries about sending our little boy there now too.

My son attends here 2 days a week. He is always so happy upon arrival and has no issues leaving he goes straight in. On days where he isnt in he is always asking 'i go nursery today' staff are friendly and helpful which is always a bonus

As a teacher myself finding the right setting for my daughter was something I felt passionate about. We were impressed straight away with the provision at kids planet and the friendly staff. Since joining in January in the toddler room our daughter has settled so well and is absolutely thriving and that's all thanks to the friendly and nurturing staff. Staff communicate really well with parents on the app, on collection and at parents evening. We really enjoy the home learning activities to do with her at home and really value the support from staff when working on milestones such as transitioning away from using a dummy.

The staff & management team are all very welcoming and super friendly. My little girl is always happy to go into her room, she comes home very happy too and always looks like she's had a fantastic day. Baby room offer lots of messy play activities which are my daughter's favourite and we always get great feedback about her day on collection. I'd 100% recommend.

Overall, I've have had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Kids Planet to other parents looking for a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for their child.

My daughter adores her time at Kids Planet Solihull, I was slightly nervous bringing her at 9 months old but the team made me feel comfortable and I was at ease seeing how happy she was there! Her key person has such a lovely bond with her, she really enjoys her time at nursery.

I have both my toddlers attending Kids Planet Solihull 4 days a week - one in the baby room and one in the pre school room and both girls adore their nursery, they are enthusiastic to go and happy when collected.

They do so much in a day with activities and outside playing, my girls always come home with so much to tell me about their day here.

The staff are lovely and are always happy to help and encourage both parents and kids.

My son has been attending here since he was 18 months and even though he found it hard to settle in at first, he now loves going to nursery. He has become more independent and loves all the staff who have helped him with his social, physical and personal development. This is my first child so I was always apprehensive about sending him to so young but the staff have been so kind and caring towards him and understanding his needs.

My child started here in November after leaving an other nursery that she was un happy at. After starting here I have a seen a big change she is happy.to come in and even talks about the staff and other children at home which is lovely to hear. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond for you and any requests you make no matter what. They staff have made great relationships with my child her development and confidence has grew since starting here and it has shown me how my child is ment to be at a nursery how happy and support she feels. It is a lovely nursery that offers lodes of opportunities and really cares about your child's development and wellbeing.

My little girl (18 months) loves coming to nursery, initially found settling tricky for first few weeks but staff were very welcoming, caring and supportive and she soon settled and was happy.

Her communication skills and confidence has increased greatly since joining nursery and loves her outdoor learning in the garden now the weather is warmer.

If my son is happy, I am happy and my son comes home happy and messy every day. When I say messy, it's a good messy. It men's he has had fun! The staff are friendly and fun and my son loves them, one in particular. He does sometimes cry when I leave but by the time I have got to the door, the staff have calmed him and he is happy again, whenever I arrive to pick him up he always has a smile on his face and that means the staff have looked after him and made his day a good one.

Since the nursery changed hands to Kids Planet, we have noticed all the lovely toys change and all the equipment in the garden has got a lot better. Both my children would come home and tell us what they have been doing at nursery and they were always very happy to come in the morning which made us feel better about them coming. The staff are very welcoming and always seem happy to help with anything we ask of them.

My daughter started at Kids Planet in Solihull in May 2022 and has thrived with her speech and confidence. She has an excellent relationship with all the staff and talks about them all outside the nursery. She loved all the different resources they provide, such as the small world animals and the large messy play activities. The manager and deputy are great and very approachable if I have any queries. Keep it up!

Since my daughter has started at this nursery she has really progressed and is coming home happy and full after a lovely day of playing and learning. We have really noticed how she is doing more, and we love to see what she gets up to while at nursery all day. I know she has a great connection with the members of staff which makes dropping her off every morning easy as she loves it.

This nursery is outstanding. Both my grandchildren (different as chalk and cheese) benefitted from the care, support and attention offered. The carers were mindful of each child's differing needs and were very supportive in encouraging their development. When my husband became terminally ill, the nursery staff went out of their way to help and support me and my family and I couldn't have managed without them. It is my granddaughter's last week here before moving up to the pre-school section and I'm in tears because I shall miss everyone and I am so grateful for all their help.

I have used Peepo's Day Nursery for both of my 3 out of my 4 children. The staff are great, helpful and really friendly. When I pick my baby daughter up at 6pm she is always really happy and extremely clean. I would recommend to anyone as this nursery has been great for me.

Both of my children are attending the nursery and we are very pleased. The staff is very kind and welcoming. My son is very happy when I pick him up in the evening and I absolutely love the parent's invitations to the occasional dates (St. Valentine's tea). Recommendations: to spend more time with the kids outdoors when the weather allows and take them to the park nearby.

All three of my daughters were here and have 2 still attending the nursery. It is a lovely welcoming place, all my children love to go and are excited every morning when they are going. The staff are truly amazing with the children and will go out of there way to allow any children to attend. My daughter was born with a medical condition which requires a little more help than other children, she is also unable to go to the toilet and requires people to do this. We were very worried about this and that she would never be able to go to nursery and would miss out on playing with the other children and her development, but the Staff volunteered to be trained on how to help her go to the toilet. Since my daughters have been going to nursery they have become little people and not baby's. My daughter has become more mobile and is improving in her ability to do things that the future is looking bright. It is the best friendly, family-based and welcoming place, will highly recommend it to friends.
