Woodlanders is, without doubt, a safe, nurturing and committed setting for any child. The staff are amongst the most passionate and professional practitioners that I have ever met and I am so grateful that we found Woodlanders for our daughter and enrolled her; we wouldn't have her anywhere else. She
trusts all adults who care for her and she thrives as a result of the opportunities and learning experiences she is provided daily. As a family we are thankful for the excellent communication and transparent messaging which enables us to ensure that she is safe and happy. We have a very busy family life and the team at Woodlanders couldn't do more to support us if they tried. Thank you to you all for going above and beyond for our family unit, but especially for all that you do to be a central part of our daughter's upbringing.

All 3 of my children have attended this setting from the age of 2 until they started school. The staff are amazing, so caring and excellent educators. The extraordinary range of activities is a real draw including an amazing forest school and yoga. The setting has a great outdoor space and a garden
which the children grow their own vegetables in. The wrap-around care matches the primary school which allows for seemless drop-offs and is fantastic for a working family. My middle child has learning disabilities and they supported her additional needs amazingly while enabling her to integrate fully with her peers. The communication through key workers, conversations during drop off and collection as well as through the online system is great. I love seeing pictures of what they have been up to. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Woodlanders Pre-School has been overwhelmingly positive. Our daughter has flourished in their care, and we have consistently felt that the staff are genuinely invested in their welfare and development. The teachers create a nurturing environment that supports growth and learning,
and they've always been proactive in communicating any opportunities for our child to grow further. We reviewed the Ofsted report ourselves and found nothing of concern, and we're grateful for the level of attentiveness and professionalism shown by the entire team. We can only applaud their commitment to providing every child a safe and enriching experience.

As well as there being serious safeguarding issues at this nursery (check Ofsted reports) their communication is awful.
You would think that after more than one serious incident occurs, the nursery would feel that the parents should be informed. This is not the case.

Two of my grandchildren have attended Woodlanders and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Their only complaints were when, for whatever reason, they were unable to attend! The staff are fully committed to the children in their care and we have seen first hand how this has prepared them for full-time
education. The pre-school benefits from an excellent team of trustees who are totally committed to the children, staff and the stetting. I and my family wholeheartedly recommend this nursery.

My son was in love of Woodlanders from first moment we knocked on their door. We visited 5 other nurseries but he didn't want to go without me inside. At the Ashburton Family Services he is as in his room, at home. He goes with pleasure and I can go to work in peace. Because of Tapestry account, I can
