Amazing nursery and team. Both my children go there. Such a high standard. I cannot recommend Springfield highly enough 5 stars. Great outdoor facility's with farm animals, lots of space and a very clean safe environment too.

Not only is this nursery set in the most idyllic setting in North Devon, overlooking the Taw and out to Appledore, the facilities are superior. The equipment is in good condition, plentiful and all designed for little people. The staff at Springfield are very professional and certainly come across as very caring. There is an outside / inside policy which means that the children can always go outside whatever the weather, which means there is a lot of freedom for the children to play in a extremely safe environment. Plus they have the added benefit of going out to see the animals on the adjoining farm, which my son absolutely loves. There is no doubt in my mind this is the best nursery in North Devon.

Springfield is an amazing nursery, the staff are fantastic, the location is incredible. It offers children a great introduction to the outdoors, animals and growing veg as well as imaginative indoor activities to keep the children amused! The staff are enthusiastic and passionate and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs and care about the wellbeing of the children they look after. My daughter absolutely loves nursery and it's so reassuring to us that she is getting the best possible start to nursery/education. I would highly recommend this nursery.

A nursery in the countryside yet just 10 minutes out of town.

My children have been nurtured since the age of 1 all the way through to school and have flourished at Springfield nursery. I would highly recommend this setting. The facilities and staff are outstanding.

I travel 40 minutes round trip for my daughter to go to Springfield. I think that alone is a recommendation!

I cannot recommend Springfield nursery enough, my daughter loves going. The staff are always friendly and know my daughter very well. The outside facilities they have available are fantastic, the children do forest schools and are able to use the outdoors to enhance their learning.

This is a fantastic nursery. Everyone there is very caring. Most importantly the children are happy and have a great time. Lots of different experiences available by being a country based nursery. My grandchildren and their friends had the best possible start to their social lives. The nursery also caters for after school and holidays. Highly recommended.

Both my 4 year old and 1 year old attend Springfield Nursery, each starting at 10 months. Both kids have had a great experience. It's so reassuring to leave your children where you can trust all the staff to really look after them, and give them a fun day. Due to it being based on a farm the children get a very varied day and experiences they are unlikely to get elsewhere. They get outside every day which is great. Would definitely recommend Springfield.

An amazing environment for kids. Both of my girls love everything about it. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are fab and know the children so well and where else do your kids get to feed the pigs, cuddle the lambs and collect eggs from the chickens?!

Springfield nursery is a fantastic place. People are fantastic, admin side is always spot on, facilities/outside space are second to none. If you live in Devon you probably want your child to be able to enjoy the countryside even whilst at nursery and Springfield fulfills this beyond your wildest dreams.

Can't praise Springfield enough! It's an amazing nursery with lovely staff and great facilities. My little boy is now tractor mad from visiting the farm next door and seeing all the animals - you just don't get an experience like that at most nursery's. His key-worker is so well bonded with him that she's like a second mum and I've never had any concerns leaving him. We'll be sending our second child when I finish my maternity leave. Can't recommend enough.

I've never had a day when she hasn't wanted to go. So glad we found out about the place.

My daughter only attends nursery one day a week but asks to go everyday. She is very happy at Springfield. She is cared for amazingly and has made some lovely friends. Springfield is on a working farm and the children spend lots of time outside and visiting the farm. This week they saw the donkeys, which my daughter loved. Springfield is such a wonderful caring environment for any child to spend time in.

My child has been there for over 2 years now and risen up from the baby room to the barn and loves it. The staff are always welcoming and the whole site has a great atmosphere.

Springfield is a wonderful nursery that my two year old thoroughly enjoys, the staff are lovely the facilities are great, especially outside where the children can interact with animals. I highly recommend.

Both my children love going to Springfield, it accommodates for all ages and the staff and atmosphere are wonderful. Having the farm animals and utilising all the vast outside space makes it a great for playing and learning.

Absolutely wonderful nursery. My son has been attending for a couple years now and he loves it! My daughter used to as well until attending school. Staff are caring and friendly. Plenty of space for the children and outdoor time is encouraged which to me is very important.

Both of my children have attended Springfield and have loved every minute. My youngest starts school in September and I'm going to be so sad to be leaving there.

The fact it's on a working farm makes it unique. How many other nurseries can your kids come home and say "we fed the pig and saw a lamb be born"? There's a huge emphasis put on outdoor play, they go out rain or shine, which is so important.

I can't recommend it highly enough!

I have had children at this nursery since 2011 and have been exceptionally happy with the service. My children have absolutely loved it there right through from the baby room to preschool in the Barn. The space is fantastic, as is the time they spend outdoors, and the staff have all been great. I would highly recommend Springfield.
