We had issues at a previous nursery, hence were very nervous about our son starting at a new nursery. We had nothing to worry about! From day one, the staff made our child feel happy and relaxed and he quickly looked forward to going to see all his friends.
The nursery makes the most of the space it
has and although there is no garden area, they do have an outdoor play area and are within a minute of the moors which the nursery visit on a number of occasions.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Edgemoor!

We were recommended Edgemoor from a friend/professional at a local playgroup. Our son struggled with separation anxieties initially but soon settled in very well, all thanks to the great, caring staff and the very welcoming environment. He was extremely happy and always looked forward to going to Nursery
to learn and play with his close friends. Edgemoor has helped with his overall development and provided a very good transition from Nursery to School.
Thank you to the Manager and her team for helping my son grow and help ease the transition.

We were recommended Edgemoor by a friend who said “the children are so loved and cared for there” and we really have found this to be the case. My daughter, who is now 3 years, has attended since she was 11 months - she has moved up through the different baby, toddler and school rooms and just loves
her nursery days. She participates in such a wide and fun range of activities, from culinary ones and crafting, to walks on the nearby moorland. Special days and occasions are always marked in the loveliest of ways too. It has a ‘home from home’ feel and we really couldn’t have asked for a better nursery. Thank you to the manageress and your amazing team.

Edgemoor Nursery provides a very nurturing and encouraging environment. My daughter has grown in confidence here and loves going to nursery. The staff provide a wonderful variety of outdoor, creative, musical and culinary activities, to name but a few! I have been so impressed with the interest and

A small friendly nursery with a family feel. The team are great with babies, toddlers and preschoolers. They were happy with using cloth nappies. Our daughter was very clingy as a baby but soon bonded to her primary carer and has blossomed. She has nearly finished there and we are so pleased we chose

Both of my children have attended Edgemoor nursery. My son who is currently still there really enjoys his days at nursery. He loves the activities on offer and has come on a long way with their help.

We have been using Edgemoor nursery for 9.5 years now. All 3 of our children have gone there. We have always found the staff to be very kind and caring, (like 2nd mums) while laying down ground rules that have helped to set them up for school/life.
All of my children have loved their time there. We
will be sad to say goodbye when my daughter leaves shortly to go to school, she will only be just 4 when starting but is more than ready. This is down to the high standards that the owner and staff maintain. I have always found them to be very accommodating, and flexible when I’ve had to change dates or times. I have recommended the nursery in the past and will continue to do so.

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery and I have nothing but praise for all who work here. My daughters have been very happy. I chose this nursery because it was highly recommended by friends and I’m so glad I did. There is a really warm, almost homely feel about the nursery and you couldn’t
ask for a more welcoming greeting every time you drop your child off. The staff really know each child and love to talk to you about them and how their day has been at pickup time. My youngest will be leaving next week and I’m very sad it will be the end of our Edgemoor days.
