Toybox Day Nursery

We have been with Toybox from 1yr to school age and we could not be happier with how great everyone has been. An amazing bunch of people doing a brilliant job. Keeping our little one happy and engaged. I would recommend to anyone.

My daughter just graduated from Toybox nursery. She enjoyed her time here and gained confidence, new friends and a lot of special memories. The members of staff are friendly, caring and know all the children well. It is a small nursery and feels like a home away from home. I also like the fact they take the children out in the community to parks, shops or post office.

We love it at Toybox nursery. Transitioning our kids after a big move to a new nursery where none of us knew anyone was scary but everyone at Toybox made it so easy and were so welcoming. The boys are happy and safe and that's all we need!

The garden is a good size, meaning the children spend lots of time enjoying the great outdoors. The staff encourage lots of activities, including walks to the local shops for fruit and intergrating into the community. Would highly recommend Toybox.

We're very happy with the service provided by Toybox Day Nursery. The staff are lovely, enthusiastic and genuinely seem to care about the work they do. The setting is great - cosy and homely in winter, yet bright in summer with a nice garden for the children to play in. Our baby always comes home happy. Thank you to everyone at Toybox!

Great nursery, kind and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of active and outdoor play. Were great with my very shy first child. Also, very flexible in terms of attendance etc. when required, due to exceptional circumstances. Would definitely recommend it.

Our experience of Toybox has been very positive. Our number one son attended from the age of six months to four years and our number one daughter has been there for three years, so far. Both benefited from the nursery's caring and nurturing approach. Our daughter is always cheery when we pick her up and she always goes back to give the carer an extra hug. It's a nice place full of toys and educational stuff but the best aspect of Toybox is the staff. We've got to know them over the years and they really care about the kids they look after. You can't buy that but you can rely on it at Toybox.

At Toybox, the staff go above and beyond to make sure every day is fun-filled for the children. They are kind and caring and always smiling. I can’t recommend this nursery highly enough and my son is extremely happy there.

We have found that Toybox has been an outstanding decision for our child and family. Not only have they been very welcoming and loving to our child, her personal development has also improved immensely, and we see this progressing every day. We especially admire how connected the staff are with the children, and how they treat each child as an individual and respond to their individual needs.

Our daughter has been at Toybox Day Nursery for 3 years and she has been so happy there. The staff are attentive, caring and have helped her grow and develop as an individual. They have always been available for chats and helping where they can. We would highly recommend it!

My daughter has been at Toybox Day Nursery for 4 years now and has lovely every minute of it. The staff have always been so good with her and with updating me about her progress. My daughter absolutely loves their outdoor space and the big tree (which according to her is the biggest in the world). For me, the length of the days are perfect for me still managing a long day at work. They often come home with crafts they have done or food that they have made. My daughter is about to head off to school and I am so grateful for all the support they have given her. She has flourished under their care. They have handled the pandemic really well.
