There is a private enclosed garden, surrounded by fields, woods, a beautiful river and livestock. The children explore the wider grounds regularly on their various expeditions. Our little one spends his days making mud pies in the outdoor kitchen and running from morning until night, he has a lot of energy. His learning has come on leaps and bounds and his independence has gone from strength to strength. We love Oak Tree Day Nursery and have no hesitation in recommending it to any family looking to give their little ones the best start in life.

We can really see how much care and attention she is given and how well staff have got to know her in a short space of time. In terms of activities, there is a great mixture between play, forest school, music, numeracy, literacy, cultural activities and learning to be mindful and caring with each other. Seeing her run happily through the gates in the morning was always so reassuring, as was picking her up bubbling joyfully about friends and things experienced and learned. The way the staff managed the difficult time of the pandemic by staying in touch during lockdown, and carefully reintegrating the children, also made nursery a place of safety and stability.
