Standard Fees

0–2 Years

1–10 hours: £10.80 per hour

10+ hours: £9.60 per hour

Ad hoc: £12.00 per hour

2–5 Years

1–10 hours: £9.00 per hour

10+ hours: £8.00 per hour

Ad hoc: £12.00 per hour

Holiday Club (5–14 Years)

£10.00 per hour

Food

Breakfast £2.10 | Snacks £1 | Lunch £5 | Tea £3. Private bookings of 5+ hours per day include all food.

Funded Childcare

We offer funded places on stretched and term-time bases for eligible children, between 8am–6pm.

Funding can be used across 51 weeks of the year:

15 hours: up to 11 hours per week

30 hours: up to 22.5 hours per week

Funded sessions are fixed and can start at 8am, 9am or 1pm. Available sessions are 3, 4.5, 5, 6, 7.5 or 10 hours.

Funded Session Charges

Government funding covers core childcare but does not cover meals, additional activities or certain consumables.

Charges per funded session:

10 hours £9.00 | 7.5 hours £6.75 | 6 hours £5.40 | 5 hours £4.50 | 4.5 hours £4.05 | 3 hours £2.70

Additional Information

Open 51 weeks a year, Monday–Friday, 7.30am–6pm, excluding Bank Holidays.

A £55 deposit is required to secure a funded place and is refunded once your child starts. Four weeks' notice is required when ending a placement, otherwise the deposit is retained.

A £55 non-refundable administration fee applies to privately paying families. An additional £55 administration fee applies when booking paid hours alongside funded hours.

Minimum booking: 2 sessions per week.

Holiday changes require 2 weeks' notice. Late collection is charged at £11 per 5 minutes and late payment at £11 per day.

Sibling Discount

10% sibling discount for the eldest child on full-paying hourly fees. Not valid on additional services. Read less
