Mulberry Bush Nursery (Eye) Ltd

Tracy is the owner of the nursery and has owned the nursery since 2011.

Laura is our Nursery Manager.

Laura joined the nursery in December 2011 and has her Level 3 in Childcare. Laura started working here as Bank staff, before becoming a permanent member of staff. Laura has worked in the Pre-School room, and was our Buds Room Leader for 6 years, before taking on the managerial role. Laura is also our Deputy SENCO.

Vicky is our Deputy Manager.

Vicky joined us in October 2022 and has her Level 3 in Childcare. Vicky has experience as a Primary School teacher in South Korea, and as a Phonetics Specialist in Singapore. Vicky has also worked in Early Years settings in London, as well as helping to set up a new nursery.

Catherine joined the Mulberry Bush in 2017, and is our Baby Room Leader.

Catherine has her Level 3 in Childcare and has had experience working as a nanny, as well as a childminder.

Catherine loves watching the babies grow and develop and helping them to meet their milestones.

Kacey joined the nursery in October 2022 and works in our Baby room.

Kacey has experience working in nurseries in the local area and has her Level 3 in Childcare.

Kacey loves singing nursery rhymes with the children, helping them to trigger creativity and open-ended play.

Jazz joined the nursery in October 2023 and is based in our Baby room.

Jazz has her Level 3 Qualification in Childcare, and has lots of experience working in other childcare settings.

Jazz enjoys watching children, learn, grow and develop.

Lydia joined the Mulberry Bush in March 2025. Lydia is a member of our Baby team, and has a wealth of experience working with babies and young children.

Lydia loves working with babies, and helping them to meet new milestones in their learning and development.

Sharon has been part of the Mulberry Bush team since 2003 and is our Buds Room Leader.

Sharon has her Level 4 Qualification and has lots of experience with all age groups within the nursery. Sharon is also our lead SENCO.

Sharon loves to help the children grow in independence, encouraging them to take responsibility, try new things and make choices.

Natalie joined the Mulberry Bush team in June 2023, and is a member of our Buds room.

Natalie started her journey at the nursery as a student whilst completing her Level 3 Qualification, and has experience working with all age groups. We are delighted to have Natalie stay with us, and join us as a permanent member of staff.

Natalie enjoys sharing her love of art with the children and watching their imagination play.

Annette has been working at the nursery since April 2005 and is a member of our Buds team.

Annette holds a Foundation Degree in Early Years, and has previous experience working as a Support Assistant in local schools.

Annette has worked in all rooms at the nursery, and loves watching the children explore the world around them, and learn through play, discovering new things each day.

Amie joined the nursery in January 2025, and is a member of our Buds team. Amie is currently studying for her Level 3 Qualification in Childcare.

Amie is passionate about providing a nurturing and supportive environment for the children.

Sarah joined the Mulberry Bush Nursery in September 2023, and is based in our Buds room.

Sarah has worked in numerous childcare settings since 2005 and has her NVQ Level 3 in childcare. Sarah has 2 children of my own.

Sarah loves welcoming the children into nursery every morning, and watching them learn, flourish and become more confident in themselves.

Elaine has recently joined the Buds team, and has been with us here since July 2024.

Elaine has heaps of experience working and managing Early Year settings, and loves to get involved with the children’s play and learning, and helping them to discover new things each day.

Sam is the newest addition to the Buds room, and joined the Mulberry Bush Nursery in March 2025. Sam has lived abroad, running her own nursery in Australia, and has a wealth of knowledge and ideas to share within the nursery.

Sam is a keen gardener and loves to get the children involved in lots of projects outside.

Abbie joined the Mulberry Bush in February 2016 and is our Berries Room Leader.

Abbie holds a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare, and has lots of experiences with all ages working with Holiday Club aged children and volunteering at an orphanage in Kenya.

Abbie loves setting up fun, messy activities for the children to explore in the classroom and outdoors. Abbie finds working with pre-school aged children a rewarding experience, seeing the progress and achievements of the children she teaches.

Tegan joined the nursery in September 2018 and has experience working in all our rooms. Tegan is part of the Berries team.

Tegan holds her Level 3 in Childcare, and has previously worked as a nanny for a young family, before joining us here at the Mulberry Bush.

Tegan loves to bake and cook with the children, and loves to get them all involved in the process.

Nadia joined the nursery in May 2022 as a student when studying for her Childcare qualification. We loved her so much, we offered her a permanent position, and is now a member of our Berries room.

Nadia loves reading to the children, and watching their interests develop. She loves hearing about the connections they make between stories and their personal experiences.

Holly joined the nursery in January 2024 as Bank staff, but is now based in our Berries room. Holly is currently studying for her Level 3 Qualification in Childcare. The children and staff are delighted to be seeing more of Holly, and she has built great relationships throughout the nursery.

Holly loves working with all ages, and her energy is contagious. The children love playing alongside Holly, using their imaginations and retelling stories.
