Our daughter has been going to this nursery since October 2025 and our experience has been fantastic. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The staff in the yellow room have worked so hard to settle our girl in, which wasn't easy at the beginning. They were patient and caring, my daughter has built such a wonderful relationship with them and is now thriving. She has developed so much thanks to their brilliant care. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
My wife and I have loved the staff and the facilities at UEA Nursery. Our son has been going for a year and he loves being dropped off - more times than not, he runs in he's so excited. The outdoor play area and the staff organized activities keep him well engaged, and the staff does a great job of giving specialized care for each child.
I've been so happy with UEA Nursery, my daughter has been in the yellow (baby room) for 6 months and is moving soon to the next room. She settled there so quickly, due, I believe, to the kind staff, calm atmosphere and the consistency of the team. Everyone at the nursery is so friendly and they all know her and vice versa. Their communication is excellent and my daughter clearly loves it there. I have no hesitation in recommending it and in fact I have done to many people directly. My 4 stars for outside space is only in comparison to more fully outdoor nurseries, but their outdoor provision is actually excellent for their location and they clearly use it a lot.
Our daughter started in yellow room and moved up all the way to green room. We're extremely grateful for the all staff for the care, education, friendships, and all round growth our daughter , as well as us as a family, has gain. They're a true asset to our child's early years. We really really want to shout out, You're beyond amazing.
We have had such a fantastic experience with this nursery. Our daughter is happy, secure, stimulated and learning so much. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and extremely professional and the activities are varied and stimulating. We appreciate the mostly healthy meals, the care offered to each child, and activities such as forest school and planting vegetables in the garden (once kids get to the right stage of development). Other than the fact that I wish afternoon snacks would be given a bit earlier as they tend to blunt my daughter's appetite before dinner, I have nothing negative to say. We love this nursery and will always be grateful for the ways it has enriched our child's life.
I am beyond grateful for the wonderful experience my daughter has had at this nursery! From the moment she started, she has been so happy, and it's clear that she looks forward to each day. The staff is incredibly caring, and they create a warm, welcoming environment that feels like a second home to her. She has made so many friends and truly enjoys the social activities and learning experiences that are tailored to her age and interests. I've seen such growth in her since she started, both socially and emotionally, and I can't thank the nursery enough for the love and support they provide. It's such a joy to know she's in such capable and nurturing hands every day!
My daughter is very very happy here and the staff provide wonderful opportunities for play. Their communication is fantastic and the drop off and collection is straightforward. I would certainly recommend!
The nursery itself is lovely with really nice play spaces both indoors and outdoors. The staff are all brilliant - friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Transitions from one room to the next have also been very well handled.
The support from the staff is incredible, every staff member knows every single child that goes there, it has such a sense of community and belonging. You can tell they really care for the children. Would highly recommend!
Excellent nursery - feel very confident leaving my son there. They have really got to know him. All the staff are very friendly and professional. The forest school is great and they have lovely outdoor spaces, that the children can really make the most of.
I have worked in various childcare settings over the years so finding one I could 100% trust to leave my own child in was hard, but the UEA Nursery had been amazing! We honestly couldn't not be more grateful for all they have done for our little boy. Thanks to their time, and loving approach our son settled with no tears in just a few sessions. He absolutely loves being at the nursery. The communication is amazing and all the staff know everyone's names whether it be the children's, parents or even the child's siblings!! Blue room you are amazing and go above and beyond thank you so much!
We couldn't be happier with this nursery. Our little one has always enjoyed it and has made lots of friends. His key workers and all the staff in general terms have been really supportive and reassuring throughout. Food-wise could be a little bit better though.
My son has been attending UEA nursery from the age of 10 months, and he is now almost 3. He loves it and we have always been very impressed at the care provided. Staff seem genuinely interested and invested in the children's wellbeing and development. They are constantly thinking about how to improve (e.g. implementation of the app, and extending opening hours), and my son seems very happy there.
We've been so pleased with University of East Anglia Nursery. They put the children first, are interested in them, their interests and progress. They encourage the little ones to thrive and offer a safe base for exploration and fun.
Reception is always so friendly and responsive. The recent changes in app has been a really positive and easy experience. The app is much more user-friendly and provides so much more information on my daughter's day she loves looking at it. I love how much time the kids spend outside and in all weathers, the forest school is always a highlight of my daughter's day.
Thank you to all the staff that work so hard to maintain the nursery's high standards and provide a safe and secure environment for children to grow and develop.
Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and you can see they really care for the children.
This is an outstanding nursery. Me and my partner are very grateful. Our child is happy, active and intellectually alert. The nursery has contributed to these developments immensely. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We commend highly.
My child goes to forest school at the nursery and it's such a brilliant opportunity for the children.
Communication is always perfect. As a Mum of 3, my children have attended a variety of settings over the years, University of East Anglia Nursery is just outstanding. Thank you for being so wonderful!
Very good experience. Staff are very patient and kind. Diversity here can be quite enjoyable, including many different cultures. Really like the international vibe and professional skills dealing with kids.
I cannot say enough about the nursery at University of East Anglia and their fantastic staff. In the 18 months my son has been at the nursery, we have had a consistently brilliant experience. All staff know his (and our) name(s), interact with him in a friendly and caring manner, and we feel he is very well supported there.
